Payments 3 & 4 out of 6 with items not completed in these stages and they’ve stoped works!!! They want to complete our laundry not as per plans as clearly they don’t check things. When our email address changed had to call and email to have this changed over 15 times or more impacting on appointments with suppliers while I was over 30 weeks pregnant and it being our 3rd colour appointments because their system/processes changed. How they know the head from their [Content Removed] is beyond me. Our bathroom “drain” has a hole in the ground with no plumbing! Hahaha what a joke! Window in bedroom been out for months causing water damage! External door on wrong way hinges on the outside hahaha my kid could build this correctly! In my opinion RUN far-far away. Almost 2 years on we’re stuck at NCAT after our legal team was involved and the mental and financial stress with a baby is beyond challenging! We just want what we paid for as per contract. FMD! Can’t even get people to do their job these days. The 12+ interest rate rises have only made matters worse with a builder that DOES NOT give a [Content Removed]. Please go with a known reputable company. We are $500k in to a build of a small house and it would have been money better spent anywhere else! We feel ripped off and regretting ever meeting them.
