Terrible fridge, terrible company – Terrible fridge. Poorly made with so many faults. I’m into my 3rd replacement due to compressor failure and ongoing door flap issues. Electrolux are clueless re fixing the issue and prefer to swap it over or refund you so you simply go away. Don’t buy this Thai made fridge as it’s rubbish. No wonder the company is going bankrupt and staff are leaving. Customer service is just lip service as they are over it as well.

Electrolux WQE5600BA - Terrible fridge, do not buy – Note - I couldn't find the exact model so have written this review for the Electrolux and Westinghouse models that are similar to the Electrolux WQE5600BA. We bought this fridge at the start of summer as our (not so) old fridge struggled to keep cold enough in summer. Big mistake! This fridge has never kept cold enough since we bought it and has got progressively worse. The fridge sites between 15 and 20 degrees at the moment. The freezer works, but not the fridge. Can't talk to Electrolux. They make you go through the retailer and book in a service technician to prove it doesn't work. First time the technician came and said we must have left the fridge open overnight. I asked if it is normal for it to take 3 days to get back down to temperature and he said yes. That is NOT reasonable. Fridge came good again but after a few weeks it stopped working again. Took a couple more weeks to get service technician out and when he came he said Electrolux have put out a bulletin saying there is a fault with the fridge and they need to order a part to fix it. That was two weeks ago and we are still waiting to hear when this part will arrive. The whole situation is totally unacceptable. We have had to live without a working fridge for the whole summer and thrown out a lot of expensive food due to no fault of our own. We don't want this faulty fridge. We want it gone so we can take back control of our situation and get a fridge that actually works. When a product is faulty, Electrolux put all of the inconvenience and expense on the customer. I strongly recommend that you don't buy this faulty product and avoid Electrolux/Westinghouse altogether.
