Electrolux ESD09/12/18HRB

Great unit if it didn't keep on breaking down on you – We purchased this split system unit from the Good guy approx. 5 years ago as we throught Electrolux was a quality and reliable brand. Not anymore after the experiance with there products. We puchased the unit for the master bed, great unit when it was working. Cools down the room on those hot summer days/nights, and heats up the room well in the cold wintery days/ nights. But the experiance we had for the first few years, it broke down on us at least once a year. We are lucky as all the time we had it fixed it was still under warranty. The 3rd time it broke down it was approx. 1 month before the warranty was about to expire. We are crossing our finger it will not break down again so soon now that its out of warranty.

Excellent – will recommend this to anyone. i have a installed in lounge with 20 square meter area and it takes minutes to cool/ heat (ESD12HRB)Heating is extremely efficient, costs 1/2 as much to run when compared to those small fan heaters. i havent seen a big jump in my electricity bill since i bought it 8 months ago. loving it so far.. excellent cooling and heating power without draining electricity. a very good machine with 5 year warrantyreverse cycleInverter Technology does not hold the swing operation in memory. need to switch it on everytime
