Kinda fly by night operation rather than an e-commerce shop. I purchased at the shop and after payment, requested for a receipt. I appreciate that they attempted to call to resolve the matter. However, I was disappointed that the outcome was simply an offer of a refund, without first confirming the freight costs or exploring alternative delivery arrangements.

I understand that shipping to the NT can be more expensive, but I would have expected a little more effort to find a workable solution, particularly after the order and postage had already been paid for.

Absolutely perfect products and impeccable help from staff and quick delivery. Strongly recommend this company for all your vehicle parts. Great work and keep it up.

Dodgy. Bought one of their products from eBay. After a week it still hadn't been sent despite stating next day shipping. I contacted them, they replied saying it was out of stock but couldn't be bothered to let me know. They eventually cancelled the order, stating "something was wrong with the buyer's address" to avoid negative feedback. Despite having no stock, the listing is still active. Show details

Absolute rubbish. I purchased a dark horse rear spoiler for my GT Mustang, the spoiler centre leg was pre installed before sending it out or at manufacturing and it has a bulge in the top deck of the spoiler where the leg was installed which is obviously a cheap spoiler and nasty. is very bad quality. Also communication with this company is terrible. They don’t answer phone calls and slow delivery. They also requested more money to send it to me.

item arrived at local depot from aramex, only to get a call and say the parcel wont be delivered at all its too big and driver wont deliver so theyre sending ot back. Pretty pissed off at this point, gave aramex a mouthful, its not elites fault this one, but still [Content Removed] customer service. I had to drive into town, almost half tank of fuel, to collect the [Content Removed]. Emailed elite advising of situation cause its abit shot on customer who has paid. Item itself is scratched up a little, poorly packed with no padding and box was beaten up abit. Safe to say I wont be using again, just poor form all round.

Came looking for a spoiler, bonnet guard, and sun visors for my ford falcon. An employee named ‘William’ assisted me with everything and personally carried the parts out to size them on my car. Avoid this site. I ordered gloss black mirror covers for a 2016 PFL RS3, they took my money, and I never even got an order confirmation. Followed up multiple times not a single reply. Looks and feels like a dodgy operation. Don’t risk it.

Ordered flares for my Ranger 10/2. Got an email a couple of weeks later complaining about postage ( they charged me $50) never heard back from the until I sent a follow up email asking what was going on. 3/3 No response but suddenly refunded my transaction with no explanation or apology.
