We were initially concerned that the Emerald Heat Pump might not heat up water quick enough if we had guests, but two days after installation, we had two guests stay over and there were no problems with hot water supply. From talking to O’Brien’s electrical Rowville to see what size unit I required, to installation, everything went well. I have plenty of hot water. I also have solar, so I adjusted the unit to come on when it’s at peak time for solar to help pay for the heating cost. Show details ·  1

Exceptional performance from the Emerald HWS – We’ve had the unit installed for 8 weeks now and it is running perfectly. It’s used for mostly 2 morning showers, although some mornings there have been 4. We haven’t run out of hot water yet and the unit heats up to full capacity before midday without having to use the boost function. Total control – Fantastic system. Puts you in charge of when you want the heat pump to turn on or off via the app, ideal when coupled with our solar panel system. Perfect for when going on long holidays and leaving the pump turned off while away therefore saving money, and turning back on again via the app the day before arriving home to piping hot water. Only downside, is the push notifications don't work to notify me when the pump has turned on or off. Show reply

Best choice – I am absolutely happy with my decision to purchase an Emerald Heat Pump to replace my old gas boiler. Having a solar system in the house I take advantage of the WiFi control to setup smart actions for switching the heat pump on/off. It is only running during the day to consume my own power (most days the sun is out). Works like a charm. Show details ·  1

Happy Heat Pump User – Had my All In One 220E heat pump installed 6 weeks ago replacing my old broken down Gas unit :( I'm still properly gauging how it runs & the optimal water temperature for our needs. think the accompanying manual could be improved to include more expanded information on how the unit runs & the best way to use it - especially for those new to the technology. To me its quite limited in this front. Also with the recent App upgrade I now find that the position of the Water Temp ⓘ information symbol is right on the edge of my phone screen & can't be opened & I seem no longer to be able to control water heater temp from my phone. These are minor issues & on the whole I'm pretty happy & have hot water :)

Absolutely wonderful – Hot water at the tap arrives much faster than the old gas system means much less wasted water. 2 person house. Always plenty of hot water. Great unit. Highly recommend it. Show details ·  1

Very good unit – This was installed last thursday and within 3hr the water was at 60 degrees, I had the grandkids over yesterday all had a shower was dishes etc and did not runout of water. Show details ·  1
