australian standard very dangerous ,when lighting the oven a lot of gas escapes it goes through the house,cannot clean any of the nobs as the grey comes off.Have spoken to Glemgas about problems they do not want to know.These stoves should not even be allowed on the market.Shame on any store who sells them.

Not even 1 year old and already needs ignition replacing twice – I purchased this oven brand new in August 2014 paid for the professional insulation and ensured that everything was above board product care etc never thought that in less than a year I would need to get it fixed twice before a year had passed. clock working it is confusing to read the manual and the timer setting and alarm work on the same settings so it is just a waste of electricity. I have had the ignition fixed on the top plate replaced it stopped igniting and I had to light stove top plates manually, Harvey Norman were fantastic and it was fixed within a 2 week period of breaking down that was 3months ago and now to my surprise I am lighting the bottom of the stove. Ignition broken again. I am having to pull the bottom of the stove out to light manually. I have also found that if you knock the knobs on the top gas is leaking out and surface rust is already showing in middle wok element. So I rang Harvey Norman today, they are so supportive and are doing a follow up but it begs the question why should I have a stove that I paid so much money for break so often in less than a year. inconvenience of no oven until door is replaced. Inner glass has stayed intact. No reason for glass to shatter. Reliable, excellent stove top, gas burners have been great. good oven grill cuts out when fan comes on. glass door shattered externally while warming up

Awful – The oven is slow to heat. Does not maintain its temperature accurately. Glem does not provide good service and one of their recommended service agents was useless. It does not reach its top temperature. The lower storage space is poorly designed. The oven is not well lit. The electric grill is confusing. cook top slow simmer good the oven

Excellent stove top and oven, but gas problems after using electric grill – Had this oven for about a year, and there are no hot spots/cool spots in the oven. The sizes of the trivets range from small for an excellent slow simmer to the centre full fish burner. top to work is to leave the gas turned on and wait for it to start flowing.....quite a scary thing as it takes approx half a minute! The small gas burner actually works for a slower simmer, unlike many others that are still too high. Can't get gas functions to work after using electric grill function
