Great value - no issues – it's packaged well and pretty easy to assemble (did it alone). The frame is built well and solid, all the legs underneath help it be quite sturdy. Haven't had any creaking, which is great. The height of the headrest is perfect, wish the cushioning on it was even thicker but its good enough. This mattress is GREAT – We bought it to my mum who always complained about back pain and since she started sleeping on it, she hasn't complained anymore. It is soft but firm, very comfortable and it's fresh, nice to touch it. Show details ·  1

firm but comfortable – mattress is quite firm but comfortable, but double size is a little shorter than my last double mattress. It arrived quickly and was reasonably ok to assemble, but took a little longer than it says on the instructions. Show details ·  1

Don’t believe “same day delivery” – I ordered a bed relying on next day delivery (but even same day) and was convinced by an online sales rep that the item was in stock for delivery. Then had to phone them up to be told delivery expected in 8 weeks!! Also they won’t process my refund for 2 weeks. Just looked on their social media and they have done this to so many people. Show details

Bed never arrived and Emma customer service is terrible – Avoid Emma. The bed has never been delivered. Ordered and paid for in OCT 2022. When I contact Emma customer service I am told constant lies that either make no sense, or just never come to fruition. I would never deal with this company again. Over 5 weeks, 30 plus emails, many phone calls and still waiting. Avoid Emma. Show details

Hard to review when the bed never arrived – Emma is hilarious. They will sell you a bed, not notify you of any issues and when you do contact them, the response it 'yeah sorry, we have no stock and don't lknow when we will have any'. No offer of a refund either, though they do send you a link to review the product. Show details

This is perfect for moving a lot – The bed is good quality and so easy to assemble and take apart, which is perfect if you love a lot. The bed doesn’t creak at all. And it matches a lot of decor styles. Show details ·  1

Does the job well for the price – I have has this bed frame for six months now. It does the job, looks good and is a good value for the price. The only negatives are that it was not as simple to assemble as it had made out to be as some parts of the instructions were not detailed enough. we had to do it again, it would probably only take 30 minutes. The other negative is that the corners at the rear of the bed are quite sharp. After twice grazing my legs against the corners I put glued some plastic covers on the edges which did the trick. Perhaps something like that should be provided with the bed for future customers.

Emma beds are giving me the best sleep i have ever had – My son made the bed for me and wow it changed the bedroom completely. The bed is so easy to make (I have had 5 knee replacements) and that in itself is a welcome relief. Show details ·  1
