Best bed ever! – I have bought each of my kids a Emma bed and mattress and they are well worth the price! Not only are they very comfortable, they're easy to assemble and super durable, especially if you've got teens who like to flop onto bed. Love it, so comfy – Was quite difficult to put the slats in the base, other than that it was easy to assemble the frame. I'm a female and did it on my own. Wonderfully comfortable mattress, it's been over 12 mths now and still very firm and no saggy spots. Bed doesn't creak, shake or move, can fidget around and it won't budge. Assembled/ dissembled many times, no instructions – instruction book for double to king beds only. Stretched rubber fittings pulling off, so slates would fit. Mattress seems good and it arrived quickly, Horrible, Terrible instruction book. Show details

Poor customer service, poor instructions – We bought the king single size signature bed. We thought we were missing some pieces but it turns out that the instructions were only for a double bed, not a single bed. We rang Emma customer service but the person was not able to help. He said he would get his supervisor to call but no one ever called back. Show details

Perfect bed for my 15yo son – This is a high quality (very solid and sturdy) and great looking contemporary bed. Padded head also makes it comfortable to lean on to read in bed. The dark grey goes well in any bedroom. Also easy to build (the provided instructions were for the double bed which is quite different to single and king single). Exceeded my expectations! – Bed arrived in 2 days so that was record delivery. The instructions were really straightforward. Gosh I could hug the designer because I really struggle with assembling anything. Bed was set for my daughter who lives with Autism and she bounces on everything whilst sitting or even lying down. I love the materials of the bed. It feels soft to touch and the base is really strengthened. It looks so good when made up.For the price I got this, it is a steal. I am definitely buying another one from you Emma.

trouble assembling box bed – Bought bed in December 2022-tried correct King pa to assemble,but single bed parts sent-asked for King,but this they sent same wrong metal rods again-although the Tool Box kit was right this time.So, trying again.mattress still unwrapped.Wish us luck. greg and Bronwyn Duffy

Know our teen can finally sleep – Best bed for a tall teen who needs his sleep. Strong and comfortable plus so stylish. Assembly was so easy. Great bed – I purchased the King single bed. I the bed itself is good the instruction on how to put it together were not great. The instructions were for a double, queen or king bed so it was a little annoying to try to work out what to do and how to put it together. Show details ·  1

Better sleep while visiting my Mum thanks to Emma – We upgraded to : king singles after years of asking with stiffness, bad backs and poor sleep when visiting my mother. So comfortable, looks great and arrived very quickly! – Arrived quickly, great quality, very comfortable and looks great in my son’s room. Assembly was challenging as instructions were unclear for a king single bed - they were for a double or queen bed and some steps differ. One particular challenge was the plastic slat holders - if you’re building the bed, it’s easier to attach the slats to the holders first. Best bed purchases I've ever made – We now have 3 Emma beds in the house (1 Queen and 2 King Singles). These beds are very sturdy (some of us are quite heavy people) and the beds do not creak or feel as though they will crumble beneath us. slightly and when you get to the part where you install the slats onto the bed the instruction for the Queen does not work for the King Single.

Great bed, great price! – This bed is cosy looking, modern and just what we were looking for in my teenage son’s room. It doesn’t squeak, and seems like it’s very good quality. issue. Also, it took longer to assemble than the other reviews had said. The instruction book was for a double/queen or king. The king single was different as it had no mid beam so we had to work some parts out ourselves. Inserting the plastic slat holders was so painful and took two of us 45 mins just for that. The whole bed took my son and I two hours and I have assembled many flat packs before. Overall, it was still worth it and I would highly recommend this bed.
