Nothing special – It's definately not a bad pillow, though I would have expected something more remarkable for the price. Smaller than an average size pillow so doesn't quite fill and average pillow case. I can sleep on it without issue but really nothing special. Show details

Pretty good but not perfect – A bit small, it doesn’t occupy the same space as a standard pillow. The external piece is a bit too firm. The optional internal bit is a good addition for me. I like the shape. It’s pretty good but neither great nor perfect. The name says cloud but the pillow is much firmer than any cloud I’ve imagined sleeping on. Show details

like. It's fairly comfortable Cons: I feel like it's not much better than other similar pillows I've had that cost a LOT less. The removable wedge is small enough that you can feel the edges of it. I thought the finish on the pillow would be nicer for the cost? and maybe a removable/washable cover?

It's fine. I use it. But I wouldn't spend that money again.

Adaptable and super comfy – The Emma hybrid pillow is super comfy and adaptable. There is a small insert that can be removed to make for a softer, flatter surface if needed to optimise comfort fir the individual. Show reply

Improved sleep – High quality product, purchased at a reduced price which makes my Emma bed great value for money. Comfortable and supportive, if not a bit a small – Very comfortable and supportive pillow. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it's slightly smaller than your standard pillow, and thus leaves pillow cases a little baggy. Show reply

Love ability to adjust comfort to combat insomnia – I love Cloud Hybrid Pillow, I bought together with a diamond pillow. It is so versatile and light perfect for sound sleep.I love the insert comes with the cloud hybrid to modify comfort level, angle etc. I have insomnia, so every little comfort counts. After doing some reading and research, I decided to give this pillow a try and I definitely have no regrets. Soft yet mouldable to get the right amount of support. The closest thing to a new modern design of a duck-down pillow.

My only criticism is the price, even when discounted its at the high end and is the only reason I've given it 4 instead of 5 stars. If the price range is within your budget, highly recommend.

Super soft and customisable – Super soft and light but still firm with insert allowing for plenty of adjustment to needs. Does not loose shape even when insert removed. Has been great addition to bed and getting satisfying night sleep. Show details ·  1

Takes a while to get used to but now I wouldn’t go back – The height options and choices took me a while to get used to, tried it with and without the memory foam insert and I’m finding it supports my neck and shoulders much better than a normal pillow and the last time I went to the osteopath he noticed that my neck and shoulder was much improved… so it’s a winner Show details ·  1

Not for Me – I thought that this pillow would be wonderful as I am very happy with their mattress. The filling has flattened where your head lies and does not regain it's original structure. has not been my experience. My neck has bee worse off and I no longer use it. I did try and persevere. It was definitely not worth the money I paid.

Regular to bad experience – The pillow had a nice feeling but it was as hot as a regular pillow, because of the size most of the pillowcases were too big for it. I would not spend $200+ of money on this pillow, it's just not worth it and that's disappointing. Show details

support, nor the comfort. After 2 weeks, we reverted back to our old pillows. It's a shame, as I feel it's the size which lets it down.

We really Disliked the pillows – We felt that this really wasn’t value for money. In fact it left us extremely disappointed and we felt ripped off. It’s Alright – The Cloud Hybrid was initially comfortable, I like how it can be used in different ways to suit my sleep preference. Neck pain was reduced in the beginning. 9 months since purchased and still love it – Before purchasing the Emma pillow I tried lots of pillows including feather and memory foam. Waste of my money – This pillow is so underwhelming I can't believe it is still being sold. It's fairly flat and offers very little support. The pillow is not very big either and the added support inserts don't do a great deal. I really got dudded on this purchase. Show details

Terrible – This pillow was tiny and hard as a rock. Could not sleep on it as it was so uncomfortable. Customer service was fantastic and gave me a refund without delay.
