Shocking delivery experience. Driver rolled “ yes rolled” my mattress down a 20 metre driveway. Several issues with much later delivery than delivery times stated when ordering. Great purchase!!! – The mattress is exactly what I had anticipated - a little on the firmer side (and that's from someone who likes a firm mattress), but I think that it's slowly being worked in. A good purchase! – I bought this mattress for my spare bedroom. My guests have found it very comfortable. I did have to buy a mattress topper though as I personally thought it was too firm without it. But I believe it will soften with more use so it can only get better! Mattress was terrible! – We brought the mattress offline after several reviews but have found it very very uncomfortable. My husband has had a sore back since we have had it and I get a dead side which ever position I lie on. We wouldn’t get it again. Show details

Not what I expected – My partner and I have been sleeping on the Emma sleep mattress for 8 months now and I can honestly say I’m not sleeping better even with the mattress topper the mattress is so hard and I am waking constantly through the night with discomfort and pain wake every morning with lower back and hip pain. Show details

mattress with this one, it is SO comfortable - firm but but not hard, doesn’t jiggle about when one person moves and my daughter is sleeping like a dream - HIGHLY recommend this mattress.

Reasonable price, great comfort and communication – We are loving our Emma mattress so far. It has the right level of firmness and support. Better than we expected first mattress bought from Emma and everything was faultless. so good – It was a little hard to start with but I got use to it quicker than my wife as she’s a lot lighter than me. Finally a good night sleep – I am very happy with my Emma Mattress, and at last am getting a better sleep. We previously had a store bought expensive plush mattress and after a few years it was giving way on the sides, and we had difficulty turning over. Best mattress, hotel quality – The mattress is the comfiest mattress we have ever slept on, hotel quality at a fraction of the hotel pricetag. My partner has a bad back and after upgrading our mattress to an emma mattress, it really has helped him get a better sleep. Pretty amazing mattress in a box – Very supportive mattress but also very firm. I bought a topper to soften it and it takes some getting used to. Excellent customer service, you just need to wait a bit for them to get back to you. I had a couple of issues and everything was resolved and they were always very helpful. Quality and comfort! – This mattress is so good for my husband who had MND. Works beautifully on his electric adjustable bed and supports his body which has muscle degeneration. Way too hard – This mattress, according to Choice, is a quality build. Unfortunately it is just way too hard. Even with the offered Emma soft topper for a bit more comfort (very thin foam), I still wake up with sore hips and lower back.
