Mum loves the mattress, but it’s a little heavy and very soft so making it on your own is hard. Needs to be placed on a base that it doesn’t sit into which would make changing the sheets so much easier. Show details ·  3

My new mattress is very comfortable & has given me relief from the pressure points from my previous mattress. I no longer wake up with pins & needles/numbing in my hips or shoulders. Our new Emma Luxe King mattress was great value for money and delivered very quickly. The mattress is very comfortable and supportive although it is a little firmer than I expected. and woken up with a bad back every morning. Emma's Luxe mattress had a soft to firm rating, one of the only ones that had this, and this was good enough for me.

The price was reasonable and delivery time excellent. The only thing I objected to was the delivery fee. I didn't think going from Brisbane to the Gold Coast would incur a cost but the latter was deemed 'regional' so I had it delivered to friends place at a sbururb in the middle of nowhere that was 20km closer to Brisbane so it was then free delivery. This was almost the deal breaker, just on principle, so would suggest Emma review this policy and their regional boundaries.

I've now had my king size mattress for over 4 mths. It to⁰ok a few weeks to get used to the softer edges (they all have this) but now it's great. It's 100% better than my old mattress and best of all, I wake up with little to no back pain and feeling like Ive had a great night's sleep. My partner is also sleeping so much better and no complaints so far. I'd highly recommend Emma Luxe Plus to anyone who is looiking for that little bit extra softness and a mattress that you can just sink into and actually enjoy a good night's sleep.

price! Yet,the price did not change .

I have since gone online , and read the following :- Emma UK Emma Sleep <support@email.emma-sleep.com> " The CMA { Competition and Markets Authority }is calling on the mattress firm to change its selling practices, which could be putting unfair pressure on customers to make quick purchases. ACCC in Australia, June 2025 , details Emma sleep admitting to misleading statements and sale prices. ***** PLEASE , take the time to read this , available on the WEB.

A pop up Mattress ,DELIVERED IN A BOX, retailing for $ 2481.82( before it's discounted)and has a continual 50 % sale. Only 5 Star reviews on the Website.( That should have been a red falg for me .)It had a strange odour when opening the box- CONCERNING.I feel I've been hoodwinked, but not really . This mattress does not warrant this price tag. There is NOTHING special about it.

I was also informed by Emma, during a telephonic conversation with a CSO ,that the mattress was made in Germany. Fabrication!!! The tag when you get it states made in China. So I wish I had read more honest reviews before purchasing . ( Can't do so on their Website - Interesting)

I made a decision to return the mattress. From my intial email asking for it to be picked up, I received no responce.I waited 7 WEEKS ..... for them to finally agree to pick it up.I even offered to drop it off myself. They would not give me a Brisbane Emma address. During this time I was communicating with Emma in the PHILLIPINES-numerous Emails , numerous chats , and numerous phone calls.Lots of my time wasted and very frustrating.

So, PLEASE take time to read reviews and think about the ETHICS of this Company!!! In a nutshell ......The mattress is:- Uncomforatbale-Retains heat- Made in China not Germany- NO Company Representation in Brisbane, just a warehouse that despatches- Customer Service communications in the Phillipines- Horrendous Customer Services when wanting to return mattresss, but super efficient when purchasing. I want to support AUSTRALIAN Companies, even if they import their goods, who are honest and ethical !

Thoroughly Impressed – My mattress arrived quickly. Only complaint about delivery would be is the box doesn't have wheels so getting it inside and to the bedroom by myself was a challenge. found my previous mattress too hot. Even in the middle of Winter I would wake up soaked in sweat. So a new mattress to combat these issues was needed. The Emma Luxe Mattress is just the right amount of firm for support and soft enough for my wide hips as a side sleeper. I also don't overheat anymore which has been wonderful. After about 3-4 weeks of great sleep on the new mattress I started to have some back pain. This was apparently my back adjusting to the correct position. I had a massage and all pain has gone. It's been about another 4 weeks since of pain free sleep. I am thoroughly impressed with this mattress and happy I spent the money and made the change. I wouldn't have got through Summer without it.

We did a lot of research and also tried a lot of mattresses at various shops that were also extremely expensive. Once reading the reviews about Emma comfort line mattresses we decided to order one and let me tell you we are not disappointed. We got king size Emma lux comfort mattresses and we now don’t wake up with sore backs anymore and bonus is we also don’t fell each other move during the night. I want to make sure our spinal cords are straight when we sleep on back and on side, after reading some Physiotherapy articles. The mattress is great but the customer service has been absolutely appalling to say the least. I’ve been waiting for Emma Sleep to approve my cashback from their side since Feb 2025. When we first started to sleep on our Emma Luxe Plus mattress I was worried it was going to be too soft, after our previously very firm mattress. This is my second Emma King mattress. I love the first one, and have moved it into my guest bedroom. The new one is even better than the older one - and that really is saying something! to my previous king size and much flimsier so you need two people to move it as it folds on you and the zipper pulled apart while trying to get it on the bed.

Apart from the nightmare delivery it's quite good. The feel of the springs around the edges feel like they break through the fabric before the warranty does so we will see. Show details ·  1

I absolutely love my Emma Luxe Pro King mattress! It’s the perfect mix of comfort and support – soft enough to sink into but still firm enough to keep my back happy.
