Ordered, never received. Out of stock. Buyer beware! – Ordered and paid for a king zero gravity mattress on 20 November. The only correspondence I received was a receipt. the phone. I tried phoning many times, no answer. I then proceeded to email support. Got a reply finally, they are having stock issues but said it would be resolved shortly. Never heard anything back. They have since updated their website saying 10-15 days delivery. We have passed that timeframe and I have asked for a refund. They got back to me today saying that a refund has been granted but will take up to 10 working days! Buyer beware, if you looking for a mattress from them be prepared to wait for a significant time. Customer service is very bad. Customer phone support none existing, if you don’t believe it, try ringing! I am very disappointed.

My first night sleep was ok and an adjustment as the mattress felt extremely firm. What I will say is that I felt I was supported and immediately felt pressure relief. The first week was tough and I felt I may have made a grave mistake. However I knew I had to persist and it would soften up over time.

Thank god I did because after two weeks it had moulded and felt so comfortable. The shoulder pain I use to wake up to had almost dissipated. It's now non existent after sleeping in the bed for several months now.

It's also so much cooler than my previous and I get little to no partner disturbance.

I bought the mattress on sale for super cheap, however what I know now I would pay double.

I now sleep longer and pain free and don't wake up hot and sweaty like I use too.

I can't comment on Emma after care as I haven't used it.

The memory foam and zero gravity tech is noticeable and really compliments the feel of the mattress.

I did early in in my journey consider getting a mattress topper to increase the plush feeling I was use too but now I definately don't need it.

I would recommend this product to others.

The first night was strange. The mattress had no dips and ridges and was firmer than our old one, took a while to get to get to sleep. The morning after our first night my husband and myself woke up for the first time in years with no pain and feeling like we actually have slept. Each night got better and better as we adjusted to the better support we were getting. Our bodies were no longer aching in the morning. Excellent Mattress – The product arrived sooner than expected, packaged well and inflated almost instantaneously. The design of the Emma mattress is great. The top layer is soft, but it has just the right bounce. It hugs my body without feeling too sinking, while my old mattress often left me stiff in the morning.

I also appreciate how cool the Emma mattress keeps me at night. My old bed would make me feel too warm, but the Emma lets me sleep comfortably.

Overall, switching to the Emma Zero Gravity mattress has greatly improved my sleep. It feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. If you’re thinking about an upgrade, I highly recommend it!

Wat too firm for us – I really wanted to like this mattress after reading so many great reviews but unfortunately it was way too firm. A shame that it's advertised as being medium/soft because it's anything but. The quality seemed good and I couldn't feel anything when my partner rolled over or moved so that was a plus. Probably a good, basic mattress if you like it firm, but not if you're after something plush and luxurious.

Original Post: Pros: -comfy for side sleepers -firmer mattress, which I like -cooling gel is effective -minimal new mattress smell -reach the default shape within minutes.

Cons: -longer than expected lead time, I purchased a standby mattress because of this -no edge support at all, easy to roll over off the edge - aches when sleeping close to the edge due to the lacking of edge support. -heavy -terrible box design -not the cheapest, but with their discounts, this can go as low as 1.45k

other company's box fell apart in the move while Emma's turned up in excellent condition. Was obvious packed with care. No complaints at all.

Great sleeper but hard to handle – Deep sleep & minimal partner disturbance compared to most previous mattresses. Helpfully with making bed – I like my mattress. I found it was getting hard to make my bed as it was very heavy. My Emma is much lighter to make. firmer than our old mattress but surprisingly loads more comfortable and does give great support. Going from a queen to a king, there is so much more room. The price when on sale was such great value, I wish I had purchased an Emma mattress alot sooner. I'm very happy.
