No refund for cancellation – I cancelled a booking well in advance and have been trying to chase up my deposit refund for over 2 weeks without any communication from the company.

booked for a 7Am start With the website , . According to the photos and description I gave it was estimated to be a 14 hour job.but after I paid the 150$ deposit the cleaner (Katie)texted me that she has an appointment and will come at 11Am. She actually turned up only at 1:45PM with another cleaner or friend. So 2 cleaners were there for 12 hours but have done minimum work. She charged me for 24 hours( just over a$1000). Katie sends me a text at 1:45 Am that there is too much work to do, that she loves a challenge but somethings are not worth it and she is going to pull the plug on this clean.The floors were not mopped, windows ( which I paid extra for)and walls were not cleaned, the architraves etc were not dusted, basically only the kitchen, oven and toilets were cleaned. The 4 bedrooms were not touched.The carpets were steam cleaned by a different company. I had to hire another cleaner today to finish the job. Myself and the wife and the real estate agent did the rest of the cleaning. The real estate agent who knew the house well said this cleaning company is a disgrace! I have had bond cleaning done in other houses I rented, but never had such lazy and shoddy cleaners. She basically sat in the house with her phone for 12 hours and charged me for 24 hours cleaning.If you hire people like Katie to work for your business you will have no clients left.

number that always calls out. Finally my sister in law got through to the owner. He was extremely rude, saying someone would be there soon and basically hung up on her. No one contacted us! We waited and waited. I was thinking that perhaps we had been scammed. Finally, Cleaners arrived… two hours late! Wait, it gets better!

After I show them around, I leave. When I return in the evening, and upon initial inspection I see that the residence is clean. Walls are still wet for example but everything is clean. However the next morning when the realestate agent walked through the property in the day light, she called me to tell me that the cleaners had used Jiff on the wall which left a creamy white residue all over the walls, and it had also scratched all the paint in the walls. The light fixtures weren’t cleaned, and they had used some sort of product on the kitchen floor which left black marks all over the Lino floor.

I was notified that I would have to come back and clean all the lights and walls myself or get another cleaner in to do so, I also had to pay for the walls to be painted again, and I had to pay for the kitchen floor to be steam cleaned.

This damage was not caused by me, but my the carelessness of their cleaners. The owner who goes by Adam was extremly rude from the very beginning. When we questioned all of this he gave us some rediculous story that his cleaners were paid below minimum wage and insinuating that if we wanted a better job we should pay more. We paid what we were invoiced for. The whole experience was highly stressful. Clearly it goes without saying, I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely useless – Waiting for them to arrive no calls or txt booked in and nothing can’t get hold of anyone bloody con artists. Would never recommend to my worst enemy’s. Do not use.

Scam!!! – Booked an end of lease clean online and paid a deposit. My booking was still listed as "tentative" a week later. I sent multiple emails and texts asking if my booking was confirmed and got no reply so i cancelled the booking. The next day they emailed to say booking was confirmed. saying I owe a $70 cancellation fee when I cancelled 12 days prior to the booked date!! No mention of cancellation fee on website or in terms. Rude customer service, don't book this company

the cleaners call you directly and then the office calls and emails you telling you to not call or talk to the cleaners directly as that is threatening behaviour even though they called you • unprofessional

the house properly. On the day of the re-clean the cleaner was over an hour late and they did not answer their phones to discuss their ETA. The contracted cleaner was not advised properly in regard to which areas were required to be cleaned again. I had to walk through with the cleaner to ensure the job was complete.

Service: - Unpunctual - Not worth the time and money - Poor

If you are paying for a service it should ease stress opposed to wasted time and effort. Cleaners seem to be subcontracted so not sure how the company makes sure they do a good job.
