Endurance Commercial Grade Treadmill has changed my life for the better. I personally prefer doing cardio and being my own personal trainer. I can workout as much as I want every single day and my knees are not in pain. Best investment and treadmill I bought. 2x years later its still serving me well. Thank you Dean!

I am giving this review after 5 months and I felt this is the best Treadmills that I ever used. I strongly recommend to try this if you are looking for new Treadmill.

I have been running on treadmills for around 18 years and thought I would try Endurance. Their reviews were mostly good and I wanted to support a local Australian company. occasions it sped up to dangerous speeds without any notice while I was running. A very helpful technician (to be fair, paid for by Endurance) was sent out twice. Full disclosure, I was offered a refund the second time the machine failed (this time it just stopped) but Endurance also said they knew what the problem was and it could be fixed, so I went ahead with the repair. The motor was replaced, the belt oiled and it was working again. I also oil the belt regularly. This third time, the treadmill made a loud bang, the belt sped up again and the machine stopped, emitting a burnt smell. After letting the company know, again, I was advised it was probably the electrics in my house. My house was renovated less than a year ago, including electrical, and no other power was affected. Even the fan that was plugged into the twin socket to the treadmill was still running. We've been asked to send a video - again - but honestly, the machine doesn't even light up, so we are pretty over sending videos and waiting weeks for anything to happen. I would also suggest that any machine sold for domestic use should not be too much for a house to manage. However, I do not believe my electrics is the problem. We’ve had weeks (around 5-6 weeks in total) of downtime on a machine that is less than a year old. So, we've put forward that we will pursue a refund but after reading the negative reviews here, and the responses from Endurance that seem to always find the customer at fault, we are not hopeful. This machine is destined for the Skip. I am a nutritionist, so perhaps the best I can do is to advise all of my clients against this company. Endurance has some positive reviews, but this has, sadly, not been our experience.

Jen responded to my Initial email enquire very quickly with positivity she also resonded to my follow up emails as quickly, Dealing with these guys was one of the best customer experiences I have ever received. I would have no problem at all refering anybody to Endurance Tredmills, In fact if there is anyone out there looking to purchase a Quality Treadmill at great value for money I would suggest you start and finish here endurancetreadmills.com.au. We have only been using our Spirit Treadmill for a few days now and I must say from what we have experienced it is Gym Quality and very sturdy with no issues,.It was very very easy to put together and set up. The deivery was a little bit of a pain I had to follow the courier up a number of times, however it is transported by a very reputable company that specialise in sensitive and delicate deliverys. I guess at the end of the day it was trasported from Sydney to Brisbane reasonably quickly and very safely. I give my review a 10/10 and I am completely satisfied.

and easy to put together. 8 screws in total and you are done. You tube videos of reviews and lubricating have been very helpful. Yet to jump on and test it out, but the experience so far has eased my anxiety about spending the money…. My only suggestion is for future design: making it easier to move. My previous treadmill had wheels at the front and back so that it could easily be shifted out the way for cleaning without leaning it back to move. As they are heavy units, I found with the smaller wheels only at the back it was more difficult. Need to lean it towards me quite a lot to feel like it is steady for moving, but concerned putting it down will risk a sudden movement trying to hold the weight, and no foot bar to help ease back into position. Will be ok once working out the best way for me, but won’t be moving it often anyway, thanks Endurance

minutes I was doing 15% incline walking using the auto incline function while sipping my drink in the cup holder, phone sitting comfortably on the ledge watching the footy burning the calories.

Wll surpassed my expectations as the treadmill is of high quality and strong.

Super soft suspension to avoid hurting the joints from daily use.

Like honestly , I'm as happy as a pig in poo with this treadmill.

I will be buying some of their ither cwrdio equipment without a doubt.

Bought a treadmill from Endurance in 2024 and it has been nothing but a nightmare. organised a technician, who serviced the machine and oiled the belts. Only a couple of months later, the drive belt failed while I was running, jarring my back and causing pain.

Instead of standing by their product, Endurance refused to take responsibility and blamed me for “lack of maintenance” — even though the treadmill was barely used. Consumer Affairs got involved, but Endurance still refused to help.

This is a poor-quality product backed by even worse customer service. They do not honour their obligations and leave customers stuck with faulty equipment. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Disappointing – It is very disappointing and deceitful how my order was managed. I ordered the Endurance Predator on 23/05/2024 using the Autumn Promo code which was a discount of $250 off the listed price. equipment was out of stock. They offered a refund which they did after another follow up email.

On 29/05/2024, I called them to enquire on Endurance Attack but was told that it was out of stock and would be available in 6 weeks. They then offered Endurance Predator (note that I was told this was out of stock just a couple of days ago). I told them I would like to order only to be told I shouldn't use the Autumn Promo code as I was in Perth and delivery cost was too high. That was when I realised the reason I was told it was out of stock and refunded.

This information (of not delivering to Perth if discount code is used) should have been displayed on their website, rather than allow people to order, keep their money for 4 days without update until I chased an update

Well, it was a blessing in disguise because I decided to take my business elsewhere, did further research and found a Commercial Treadmill (OLY400 Commercial Treadmill) which has 15 years motor warranty for the same price I could have paid for the Endurance Attack. Customer care was great, free delivery and I got to try the machine in their store as they are here in Perth.

Impossible to deal with – I borrowed a friends exercise bike and when changing the straps to fit my shoes, the toggle snapped off. hadn’t heard anything, so contacted them again through live chat. They said that they could get the part in, and told me the price ($60 plus shipping). I said that would be great and requested they send through an invoice to my email address so I could pay and they could order.

Another week passed, and I hadn’t heard anything, so I contacted them again. They said they had already ordered the part, and that they’d bill me for it when it arrives and they post it. That was unusual to me, but I thought “maybe that’s how these guys do it” and didn’t analyse it too much.

Then there were a few public holidays and two more weeks passed. I still hadn’t been contacted via email at all, so could still only use live chat. So I contacted them again asking if the part had arrived and it had - I said “great! Please send me an invoice so I can pay you and so I can provide my address”.

After waiting another week (maybe this time it was four days, but roughly a week), I hadn’t heard anything, so I contacted them again, and was more blunt. I said, “I don’t understand. I have money to give you, and you have the part I’d like. I’m ready to pay you, I don’t understand why I’m not receiving any paperwork”. The response from live chat was “Sorry [my name], what’s your phone number I’ll have [someone’s name] call you”.

I provided my number, and said if they didn’t call me by the end of the day, I’d just give my friend the cash directly.

I did not receive a call.

Well made & Functional Treadmill – I’m 80y/o with a recent Hip Replacement. I needed to be walking most Days to stop Muscle decline. I chose an Endurance Predator Max Cushion Deck after quite a lot of due diligence. Quick delivery. Set up in Spare Bedroom so can exercise at my convenience. I am satisfied with my decision to buy this Treadmill and would recommend it and the after sales service.

Spirit Treadmill – Have had it now for around 3 weeks. It was easy to assemble and works well. I have now connected it to the FitShow app on my phone which controls it and connects to my heart rate monitor.

Fast delivery and easy to assemble fantastic Endurance Spirit Treadmill – My new Endurance Spirit Treadmill arrived safely and very fast yesterday. It was so easy to put in just 6 screws and voila! I gave it a go straight away I was so excited (my old York lasted 25 years, so I was in withdrawal when it died). It's amazing, so smooth and even has a place for my tablet so I can read while I walk. I am also very impressed with the communication with Endurance Treadmills. Thank you so very much!

Good product, hard to get support but in the end Endurance does deliver as the intention to help is absolutely there – First of all, great Treadmill (Predator) unfortunately motherboard turned out not to be installed properly. have to stay on top of it so much it feels like an extra job. However, the support, replacement of parts etc. will be delivered as the intention of the company is noticably: delivering quality products and support where needed. I just wish that customer service would be less cumbersome to get by. Despite the hiccups I am very happy with my purchase. Would I buy from Endurance again? Definitely!

Great after sales service – I bought the Attack treadmill a couple of months ago and love it. I use it almost every day as does my daughter. I did have a small issue with the incline button causing the display to reset. Jen and Dean were fast and efficient in getting the new parts to me in Tasmania and organising a repairer, who was also great, to fit them. This has confirmed that I made the right decision by buying an Endurance treadmill.

Great customer service – I bought an Endurance Athlete treadmill 2 months ago and love it. I had a problem with it last night and chatted their support and they had someone call me and fix the issue after 8pm! Great service and a great product.
