to work in companies like this; it's not always a perfect world. Their prices were fantastic, and the advice was fantastic, so I thought a little tolerance was not too much to ask.
I read the negative reviews and was rather shocked. I am sure the people making them felt that they were justified; however, I did have some problems with a bit of the order missing, and the company could not resolve it any faster. They sent it via priority post, and it was resolved.
No arguments or hassles. I will be buying again as my system expands. They are not a multinational, and you get the savings as a result. They are not perfect (humans are not perfect). I could rate them with 4 stars, but I gave them 5 because I am 100% happy with the service and results.
I cannot speak highly enough of Energy Eco. We were advised to Google Victron solar products, which turned out to be the best advice we could have been given. In desperation, I called Energy Eco and had the pleasure of talking to Kate on the phone. Her support & her vast product knowledge were invaluable to us. After a few discussions with Kate, she was able to get a picture of our needs and which system could be the most cost-effective and power-producing for our household. Kate and her team have been a pleasure to deal with, and now that our system has been installed, we have not looked back; we have more than enough battery storage, and our generator has remained quiet as it is not required to top up the batteries at all so far. We highly recommend Kate and EnergyEco for all their knowledge, products, and customer service; you are all awesome!

Purchased a off-grid 15kv solar setup from energy eco with their solid state batteries. Kate was knowledgable and very helpful and the team prewired and programmed system to suit our needs. guidance and support was so completely reassuring. I never once felt criticised for my dumb questions...and I think ive actually learnt enough about off-grid living to do it successfully...haha, you guys Communication, speed of delivery, product quality, service quality, expertise...all on point!! And the batteries are actually so freaking pretty...who would have thought id be saying that?!?! Ive had my energy eco batteries for close to 4 months, and Ive noticed something, im pretty sure they are working together, not like crazy singularity eat you thoughts and become your master, but they seem to be adjusting intake/output of the individual batteries and supporting each other...so awesome!!!
10/10 would recommend. Actually, have and will continue to recommend...to anyone who mentions solar...or batteries...or energy...or eco...take this as your warning!!

on what products to buy to convert my caravan systems to lithium capable chargers. I purchased the MPPT 100-30 Solar controller, 500A SmartShunt, Orion XS 12-12-50A, and the ACDC IP22 chargers. The beauty of all Victron products is their ability to network together via a great app for full disclosure on the systems status, as well as control over the various configuration settings for each charger. I would recommend these products, high quality, and easy to install and configure.
Follow-up · The Victron app is super easy to use. Once the app finds the devices, it will ask if you want to connect it to the Victron closed network. Once you do that for each device, they will all 'talk' to each other and work together for maximum charging perfomance. Got my Pylontech batteries and associated equipment from Energy Eco. They were quick to respond when there was an issue with delivery and it was so great to be able to talk to a real person to get the issue solved. Go with Energy Eco if you value after sales service. Show details
Follow-up · After 3 months, the Pylontech batteries are working extremely well with the Victron Multiplus II. Output current is limited as the temperature falls (as expected) and this is handled well by the battery and inverter.

They keep requesting more videos and measurements in an attempt to blame the installation, rather than acknowledging the product is faulty. Worse, they aren't even reviewing the evidence they ask for. I provided a requested video 10 days ago, exchanged multiple emails with them since, and they are only just now telling me they 'can’t access it.'
To top it off, they expect me to pay the return shipping costs for this warranty claim, which is completely inappropriate and contradicts basic consumer guarantees. I strongly encourage potential customers to consider if the minor upfront savings are worth this nightmare. I will be escalating this to Fair Trading.
Follow-up · I took more than a month, and they initially made me ship the charger on my own dime, but they eventually acknowledged the issue, reimbursed me for postage and sent a new unit. I ordered a lot from energy eco and they were good until I needed customer service to sort out an order and then they were very unfair, slow and unhelpful. I will no longer be giving my large ongoing business to them as they didn’t care about loyal customers or customer service.

and refund action tomorrow. Guess what!! Myphone calls to enquire about to present situation revealed only one person is at work over Christmas break and up until January 12th. Nothing was done after debiting my account and no start of mailing until after then. My complaint was met with "do you want a refund?" I said yes please. What a waste of time.
Follow-up · No further contact was had with EnergyEco apart from a refund of money paid less a small amount (maybe the dispatch label they did not use!). I see the company is still advertising but I am not going to waste more time with them.

We had to do a warranty repair and there was zero communication once they received it. We got no responses to any of our emails that we sent, only a "shipped" email once we said we'd go to our bank for a refund. We genuinely thought it was a scam at that point since communication ended the moment they got the product
The business is responsible for shipping reimbursement for warranty repairs and we've (shockingly) had no response and haven't gotten a refund
