later),some plastic drainage down pipe and small sundries. Possibly around a $500 mark being generous so a tidy profit which thankfully the original builder will be pursued for.

I thought "[Name Removed]" would value us as a new customer (and potential for a return one) boy was I wrong about that. I wouldn't ask them to erect a Tee Pee cubby house.

"[Name Removed]" needs to drop his attitude waaaaay down and be less ready to rely on confrontation and a swarmy oneliner. But luckily he does have an excuse for everything. Used his kids constantly as a reason why phone calls weren't returned. ANY Information about the times for the arrival of trades was very poor and rarely conveyed to us.

Contract timelines weren't followed and the end date of the blew out. When asked about how that had happened "[Name Removed]" threatened to leave the job site (very mature).

At least two plumbing contractors who attend out house told me that "this job wasn't what was explained to them", which ended up being a theme of "[Name Removed]".

Upon review of the work performed it now seems "[Name Removed]" chose an alumin post from what looks like a pool fence as a support post for a flyover patio. The extra holes where he tried to make it fit must be lightening holes (sarcasm)

I called him and asked him about it , firstly he said he couldn't recall the job then replied there was nothing wrong with what he did - basically "job done no fuss". I was an annoyance to him and why didn't I p*ss off was the attitude I got.

I will give feedback to QBCC that one of their "preferred home warranty insurance" remedial builders has such a low view of attention to detail, work quality, efficient work performance and the clients they service.

I agree with the other one star reviews, if you want a poor quality, no care, no responsibility job then choose Envate. Ask for "[Name Removed]"
