Same problem as Hacked off of WA – Just like Hacked off, I'm having the same issue exactly. The system is only 3 months old. One panel is full of condensation top to bottom and it seems to be like that every day since I noticed it. I'm told it's normal, but I don't see how it's a,good thing. I'm still waiting for the plumber to get back to me for a site visit and an examination of the curious panel. Show details
Excellent product and Great Installation – Excellent service since installation 9 months ago. Ureco did a great job. Hot water even on long rainy days, only needed to use the booster once since installation. Show details
Thermostat has failed every 2 years since installation – We chose this model as it is spruiked as having Superior Durability and Reliability, however thermostat has now failed every 2 years since installed. The Supplier (Ureco) always replace the part promptly, but has been vague and evasive when asked what is causing the ongoing fault and always passes on the cost to us despite Australian Consumer Law… Read more
stating they must uphold the Consumer Guarantee and if a product has failed before a reasonable amount of time it is the sellers responsibility under ACL to repair without charge.
We will look to replace system as soon as we can, as the repair costs on this faulty system will quickly add up to the same cost of a new system.

It's the goods – Todd's Plumbing, Brisbane, installed my TS300 3 weeks ago (in Winter) to replace a declining 18yo Edwards system. They kept me well informed at all times, did what they said they'd do and answered my dumb questions patiently and courteously. The TS300 is performing extra well and I had to use the electric booster only once, after 3 days of no sun. Very happy to date, and a seamless operation from my point of view. Show details · 1

Poor quiality – Getting my tank replaced in April 2021 due to it rusting and having numerous elements replaced, well it has happened again. My tank that is 12 months old is leaking and the element had to be changed. I thank the company for putting in a new element at no cost. (I should not have to pay for it and neither should they). and had continual problems with it. I am told that because I live in the Rockingham WA area and our water comes from the desalinated plant nearby and that is why the system is deteriorating so quickly. If this is the case why was I sold this system in the first place, why was I not told of the ongoing problem that I would have. Prior to this system, I had an Edwards Stainless STeel SHW on my roof for 19.5 years. Apart from regular services I never had a problem until the tank finally rusted. That is 19.5 years compared to1 year. All I want and at no expense to myself is a system that can handle the water and not rust in 1 year or the elements fail. Not a big ask but apparently difficult to do.
Great System. Great Installers & Great Price/Service from QIS Energy Conservation Systems – Absolutely fantastic process to replace our 20 year old solar hot water system. Scott & his team @ QIS provided a no fuss, no in your face quote that was better than everyone else contacted and then provided a seemless service having the system replaced on the day nominated & hot water available again that night. Cannot fault the process at all. I am one very happy customer.
Great Product – My 8 year old Chromogen solar hot water system packed up after only 8 years full of rust! I contact Solar wise a qld company and they suggest Envirosun.....I looked into it and it seems to be the best in the market being solid stainless steel and would last at least 20yrs .... Thanks for the advise Solar wise!!
