find if this much water loss is normal and how I am meant to redirect the water as the plumber didn't even mention this little fact. These systems are very noisy too if folk like peace. I would not recommend this product and definitely not this company.

Early days but fine since 2019 – Put envirosun solar panels to replace Edwards panels in 2019. Very thin copper tube but must be high quality and they heat up water very well. The frame is solid and is sealed up fine, no condensation but did put a little silicon on the corners just in case. Show details ·  1

connected the power was not sealed & filled up with water which was on the side of the house .Contacted Sun City hotwater.would not refund & would charge again to send someone out.had their installer contact us & he would not fix his fault without a price .so still no hot water till the sun comes out.your unit is A1 but Don use SUN CITY HOT WATER TO INSTALL IT.

Thermostat has failed every 2 years since installation – We chose this model as it is spruiked as having Superior Durability and Reliability, however thermostat has now failed every 2 years since installed. stating they must uphold the Consumer Guarantee and if a product has failed before a reasonable amount of time it is the sellers responsibility under ACL to repair without charge.

We will look to replace system as soon as we can, as the repair costs on this faulty system will quickly add up to the same cost of a new system.

Has anyone else had similar experience?

Our unit installed in June 2024 replaced the 26 year old Edwards solar HWS that had died. It's the goods – Todd's Plumbing, Brisbane, installed my TS300 3 weeks ago (in Winter) to replace a declining 18yo Edwards system. They kept me well informed at all times, did what they said they'd do and answered my dumb questions patiently and courteously. Works very well. Efficient enough to work in winter – I've had my Envirosun thermo-siphon with E25 panels through a Sydney winter and am able to run our household of 4 off 100% solar for many, maybe most days. Way more productive/ efficient than my previous solarhart L. probably also helps. My electricity consumption is down consistently throughout the year, on many winter days down by 40%/ 10kWh consistently (excluding overcast days). To be fair the SolarHart's performance had no doubt deteriorated with age (about 15 years old). But the difference is huge. It's a big call, expensive kit, but it looks like the extra cost will payoff within about 4-5 winters

Great System. Great Installers & Great Price/Service from QIS Energy Conservation Systems – Absolutely fantastic process to replace our 20 year old solar hot water system. Scott & his team @ QIS provided a no fuss, no in your face quote that was better than everyone else contacted and then provided a seemless service having the system replaced on the day nominated & hot water available again that night. only new – had envirosun s/h/water tank 315 ltr only.... fitted by quallified plumber direct...he kept the owners manual and warranty.....i paid $2,250 cash....got a tax invoice....but no warranty means i cant claim if something goes wrong

Solar Hot Water Finally! – Dealt with Scott after been referred by a close friend who works for a different division of the company. Can't be any happier after a couple of weeks of procrastination and putting up with cold showers because our system had died on us. Great Product – My 8 year old Chromogen solar hot water system packed up after only 8 years full of rust! I contact Solar wise a qld company and they suggest Envirosun.....I looked into it and it seems to be the best in the market being solid stainless steel and would last at least 20yrs .... roof top system I got was 38 STC's, that is rated about 25% higher than the bigger known brands I compared it too.

When I did a price comparison it come in about $1000 to $1500 cheaper than the other systems I was quoted.

Anyone that does their home work will buy this system.

arrived on time to remove the old one and install the new as arranged.

The installer noted that the leak from the existing tank was in fact the heater element, not the tank. At this stage I had already committed to the new system and i felt it was too late to stop the installation; however I had mixed feelings about my misdiagnosis and seemingly unnecessary expense of a new system.

The installation was professional and the owner of URECO visited during the installation to see how things were progressing. The new system wasn't as sleek as the old and pipework is visible which is a bit of a cosmetic concern.

This was more than 6 months ago. The new system works extremely well and is significantly better at heating water than the old premium expensive unit and I am happy with the change, given that it requires significantly less boosting and ongoing cost savings.

On reflection I suspect there was issues with the commissioning of the previous unit by another provider; hence its very mediocre performance. I am extremely happy with the new Envirosun unit and its doing what its supposed to do; heat water for nothing.

I would recommend these guys based on price, professionalism, customer service and follow up.
