as the king single I tried and doesn't give me the support I need. Either the product changed between when my friend and I got our mattresses, or it doesn't 'scale up' well into a larger size, or mine is faulty.

It's also unbearably hot. I haven't had a foam or latex mattress before and the heat build up is oppressive. We're in winter now and I can't imagine what it will be like in summer.

I contacted Kogan for a refund but they have refused. Their website claims they ask customers to post reviews. But when I asked how I could post a review, Kogan advised they don't have the facility for customers to post reviews on their site. Instead, the reviews you see are aggregated from other sources. No wonder the reviews on their site are all positive - they must only pick and choose the good ones.

Overall I'm disappointed by both the mattress and Kogan's dishonest tactics. I'll never buy from Kogan again.

measly $239 I’ve got a queen size mattress that is not only doing my body wonders ..BUT I’m actually sleeping comfortably..

I suffer from a few different things, and was very reluctant as I knew I needed a decent sort of firm but not too soft mattress..

I loved watching the mattress grow.. amazing thinking how is this going to be support and half decent arriving in a box?

Well I have been sleeping on my mattress, and I must say..I don’t wake up with the pain, and I am impressed with my new bed!

I would recommend if looking for a mattress to have a look at luxoliving..

It's quite firm, which wouldn't have been my choice had I tried it in store, but I am sleeping better than I have for years, and not being disturbed by hubby's in and out of bed several times a night! I would highly recommend that if you haven't time to test in store, or looking for quality on a budget, this product is worth a try! We purchased the King size, and apparently because of the pocket springs, we won't get the 'hill in the middle' that occurs with many larger mattresses! perimeter (20cm) sinks. 2. The bed smells very chemical for at least 2 weeks. 3. There isn't much back support. 4. If you lay in one spot for too long it stays dinted in. The only reason why I kept this mattress is that it is at my parents house and I use it when I visit them, once a month. Even then I have been keen to replace it but haven't found the time. I hope this review helps people avoid the same mistake I made. If you are looking for a cheap mattress there are other bed in a box to try. I would recommend going to the store to try them out before buying!

Don't trust these reviews! – Are most of these reviews written by the same person? Sounds like a non-native english speaker, reviews are the same length, mostly 5 star. Looks dodgy to me. As someone who is both a side and back sleeper, I think this bed is soft enough to contour to your body but firm enough to give back support!
