Great machine for the price cant fault it... I do have to manually clean the lint of the condenser monthly as it gets past the filter some how but otherwise great
Follow-up · Lint goes through the filter onto the condensor a bit at a time its easy to clean off once every few weeks takes minutes....At around $600.00 its great value and working really well...

I needed to replace my Beko heat pump dryer and saw the reviews for this one online and seemed pretty good for the price. All good for the first week or two but then started to make a strange noise after running for 15 or so minute. It slowly gets louder as the drying time continues to the extent it becomes annoying and so loud it can be heard from 3 rooms away. Esatto has now been awarded the loudest appliance in my home to date and after having a repairer out twice in 3 years and mentioning and hearing the noise both said it's normal. It's very much not, and if you like quiet or have children sleeping during washing times then stay far away from this product. I for one will not be purchasing this brand again.
