in my street name. Panic set in and I emailed the company immediately not expecting much. They answered swiftly and corrected my mistake. The only but serious thing was with the couriers. I had counted down the days for delivery until the last day and decided to call the company as my Norton security wouldn't allow me to download these couriers so I was unable to track it. After my email was prompt to say it had been delivered. My flatmate went to check it out and it had been left on my doorstep. There are 200 flats here and without the companies swift replies I believe it would have been stolen. Thankyou Escooter for making this purchase work so well for me. Regards Deanne

i ordered product and then they sent product promptly and product arrived as describe 10/10 would order again

1 week after purchasing items they have still not been posted. Won't answer emails or respond on chatbot thing. Very poor It took nearly 2 weeks to receive item. They use Sendle to courier items. They took 3 attempts on separate days to actually deliver the package. Despite clear instruction to leave package at door they failed to do so. Took 2 weeks to receive item.

Have not seen this yet. Forgot all about it actually. When can I expect this?

E scooter was diagnosed, contact was made and e scooter was collected within 24 hrs.
