for a refund... and still waiting on that too. Absolutely terrible service, they have just wasted my time.

Any review above 2 stars is definitely fake. Very attentive until they had our money and then zero communications, not even a single response to 2x message and emails per day for a week. We are now left without hot water when they guaranteed they had stock in Melbourne and could install the very next day after rebate approved. The worst customer service, got quoted 10,000 for 3 systems they came and installed them after 2 days there was no hot air coming out been waiting for someone to come out and look at whats going on, 2 weeks now they canceled my appointment for not confirimg to a message by a certain time. The poorest service definitely dont recommend

Wonderful!! – We had an LED Upgrade on Nov 30, 2023, the service person (sorry i forgot his name), was most kind, helpful and professional. He was patient also to have come back twice as the first time he didn't have enough LED bulbs (and the kind we need for the room downstairs). Toasty warm for winter! – When I decided to contact Esena Energy regarding having a split system installed I spoke to Dominic who talked me through what system I would need for the area I wanted to heat/cool. They talked me through everything they were doing, put a safety barrier up so I could move about without getting in the way. They were extremely friendly, polite, respectful and left nothing behind for me to clean up. I was shown how to use the remote control, happy to answer any questions or go over anything I didn't understand. From start to finish Dominic has touched base with me making sure I was happy with what I'd decided, ready to answer anything I wasn't sure about and today he called to make sure I was happy with the system and the Electricians who installed it. Customer Care was outstanding, email/phone contact every step of the way. I have found Esena Energy very pleasant to do business with, every person has been friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and been most professional and reliable, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I know I have made the right decision based on my needs and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a split system.
