Fabian took the time to remove broken roof tiles that had been left behind by the previous installer, which we really appreciated.

outstanding from the start. A few years ago, they also repaired our aging solar hot water system, which had developed leaks and was no longer functioning properly. Their team responded quickly, completed the repairs efficiently, and ensured everything was back in working order. Most recently, we had another issue—a leak from one of the solar hot water panels, which we discovered late at night around 9 PM. We immediately notified E-Solar, and despite our work schedules preventing us from being home during the day, they dispatched a team the very next morning. The crew arrived on time, assessed the issue, and replaced one of the panels under warranty at no cost to us. The entire repair was completed within 24 hours, which is a level of service that is hard to find these days! A big thank you to Silvio, Sharon, Christy, and the entire E-Solar team! Their professionalism, reliability, and customer focus set them apart. If you’re looking for a trustworthy solar provider, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

invertor had to be shipped from Sydney to Perth and Growatt advised that this would take about a week.
It was late November 2023 and the weather forecast was for heatwave conditions for the next 7 – 10 days; Tops around the 40°C mark.
Due to health issues, we would be needing to run our air conditioners 24/7 and with no output from our rooftop power station we would be using Synergy’s overpriced electricity. It would cost us a fortune!
So, I rang eSolar to see if anything could be done to expedite the replacement invertor unit. Within hours, Silvio (eSolar’s proprietor) took a display invertor from their showroom, put it in his car, drove the 30km+ to our property and installed it. We only lost a couple of days power production which, at this time of year, is about 40kWh per day. We kept this ‘loan’ unit until the replacement invertor arrived whereupon Silvio drove back a second time and swapped them over.
This was Customer Service beyond compare the likes of which I thought were long gone in this day and age. I am not suggesting that this is the norm for every customer whose system may develop a fault but it speaks volumes about eSolar’s attitude to it’s customers and that they really will go the extra distance to keep all customers (past and present) totally happy with the products and service that they provide.
I very much doubt that any other solar system provider in Perth would offer after sales service such as this. So if you’re looking for a five-star company that offers the best pricing, a quality installation and who truly stands behind it’s warranty, the obvious choice is eSolar of Greenwood. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just wanted to express my sincere thanks for your prompt attention to my solar system. The good news which resulted was that it was only a faulty AC isolator switch. Follow-up · E-Solar fixed the problem (dodgy fuse) and the system has been working perfectly. Answewr to above : 1. It took about a week from phone call to actual repair 2. Could not fault his knowledge and service to isolate the problem. 3. No follow up maitenance was needed in this instance - replaced the dodgy fuse with a new one.

The converter vibrates about once an hour, it wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't installed on our bedroom wall. They claimed it was silent, so we did suggest using that wall and putting it with all the other boxes and piping.
