I would highly recommend avoiding Tayla McCluskey. She has poor communication and is very dishonest. She only does the bare minimum. My family and I had to endure the heat for an entire month including Christmas and New years with no air conditioning due to her negligence. Despite this, she has not shown any remorse and refuses to take any sort of accountability

I have only praise for my dealings with Established Property Point Cook. Sue Liu yourself & Vivian have just been fantastic to deal with over the last 3 years of my lease rental. Recently a few maintenance issues that were looking a bit difficult but Sue you stuck with it & now all good. Thank you for being so friendly & easy to deal with (:)

at Danube Road, Truganina was brand new and would be suitable. Based on that assurance, I travelled all the way from Armstrong Creek to Truganina, a distance of over 90 kilometres. I hired a paid Uber and spent $250 just to inspect the property. When I arrived, I was shocked to find the property in poor condition—the carpets were stained, the stovetop was burnt, and the house was clearly dirty and lived-in. There was absolutely nothing “brand new” about it. I called [Name Removed] from the property to express my concerns, and her response was, "So what, just one tenant lived there." I was stunned—not only was that a direct contradiction to her earlier claim, but she also showed no remorse or offered any apology for wasting my time, money, and energy. If a property has already been lived in, how can it be listed or promoted as brand new? This kind of misleading and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating that people like [Name Removed] misrepresent properties just to generate interest, with no regard for the inconvenience or cost to potential renters or buyers. Had the pleasure of Dealing and trying to successfully gain a tenancy agreement with Vaibhavi, she was quick and prompt with her dealings. Even when we hit a short coming in the agreement process, Vaibhavi was professional and understanding towards the whole ordeal. An unfortunate circumstance – As a former landlord using Established Property as my agents, I would like to say dealing with Ashleigh Plummer was an absolute pleasure. Very prompt with all requests. Unfortunately, I did not have the best tenant forcing action by VCAT to eventually having the tenant evicted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ashleigh if I was to enter the investment property market again.

Smooth and Successful: A Stellar Experience with Ricky Little – Working with Ricky Little from Established Property Point Cook to sell my home was a breeze! Their market knowledge and strategic approach resulted in a quick sale at a great price. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend for anyone selling their home!

Very unfriendly – I actually didn't believe it. Inspection was 12:20. We were there 12:25 and no open door nothing. We tried call office at 12:27. Then lady comes out, said we cant do the inspection anymore. She waited till 12:22. I never saw something like that before. Like a joke!

Property managers – Excellent service by my property manager Bella she was awesome just like the others I have dealt with. Very understanding. Very professional. Would deal with her every time if I could. Also William Feng who works for established property is also great to deal with. Very real estate agent I have dealt with at established property is great.

Billing Discrepancies: I noticed inconsistencies in the charges for different campaigns, which added to my concerns.

Communication Issues: I found a lack of regular updates and clear communication about the property's marketing status, which I believe is essential for any property owner to make informed decisions.

Choosing a real estate agency is a significant decision, and clear communication, transparency, and trustworthiness are paramount. Sadly, my experience with Established Real Estate fell short in these areas. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Bad experience with the Agent from Established properties – Unprofessional behavior, Gaurav Thakur didn’t solve my query. I m very much interested in a property he don’t want to explain anything.

Terrible People to deal with – Stayed as a tenant with the for almost 3.5 years. They are habitual liars; would want to rip off their tenants each and every time. Horrible experience overall. I also took them to VCAT. Beware they have changed their name to ESTABLISHED PROPERTY. Try and stay away from them as much as possible!

Horrible property management service – My property is being given to them to manage it . They don’t have any control on property. Never shows correct picture to landlord . The condition of the property is worsening day by day . Staff has no idea of how to manage the property.

Terrible team of staff – Bought a house through Point Cook Real Estate and being dealt with 2 consultants and 2 directors and yet all the disputes are yet to be resolved satisfactorily to both vendor and me as the buyer. It is supposed to be a happy experience to purchase a house but the experience dealing with this property company is really spoiling the mood.

Please go with other property agents who can provide better service like no sell no fees, have a better process in governing both the interest of the vendor and buyer and more importantly look for reviews before deciding even you as a buyer as this experience will stay with us for a long period of time!!!

Now, when I have left the property, cleaned it thoroughly, they are being picky on small dust on the floor, small weed growth and all and have held my bond money.

I would never ever recommend going through them, at all.Guys go with any other agency, but not Point cook real estate. They would not even stick to their words, even if it is written on an email.

Disgusting!!!! – Never have I had so much drama with one real estate. You could send 5 emails in one day and still not have it answered. It takes months to have things fixed. The only time our property manager wanted to communicate with us to have things fixed was just before the end of our lease. She was the rudest person I’ve come across. Young and dumb..... it’s taken almost 3 weeks to have the end of our lease finalised. Such disgusting customer service.

reminder you are meant to work as an intermediary between the tenant and the landlord not try and milk everyone for as much money as possible.

Worst experience whilst renting – They do not care about Tennant - electric TV socket was out for 9 months - house had major cracks - carpets was not cleaned on when we moved in - stains on carpet - now on vacate they trying to charge us for existing stains on carpet and landscaping - whereas the builder ripped out all landscaping due to significant house movement - never trust these people

Worst R/e agents to deal with – moved in to a house in point cook with a really dirty condition, and then advised it was reasonably clean. House was smelly and have black hair everywhere. We have also request the dish washer and stove to be fix as it's not working properly, did not receive any response back at all and we end up leave the property with those issue and problem unfix. Worst R/E to deal with, now i am vacating the house, WILL NEVER GO BACK WITH THIS R/E EVER.

The fact that Pcre was going to allow this owner to do this is unprofessional and a disgrace.

Communication: zero – Once our lease is over we will go and never look back. So tired of having to call and not get a reply from our property manager. We had no heating for 6 weeks! Who does that?? Absolutely ridiculous. Did not get an apology, not to mention that the tradesman turned up without warning. So unprofessional! I can never talk to my property manager, instead I get told to send an email, which I get no reply to.

During the 12 month (minus 3 weeks) lease a couple items required some maintenance/fixing - the communication and action from Point Cook Real Estate was fast, efficient and effective!

I have rented for the last 12 years in Victoria and New South Wales and have never enjoyed a real estate that looks after its tenants as well as it looks after its landlords.

If you are looking for a place to rent in Point Cook (and surroundings) - use Point Cook Real Estate, you won't regret it!! Efficient, reliable, friendly and helpful
