Dont waste your money

Vacuum was great when first bought but slowly wasn't picking up particles on floor. Died after 8 months. I spent money on replacing filters and brushes but this made no difference. Placed a warranty claim and haven't heard anything. Have chased up multiple times via email.. and get no response, tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes then phone operating machine tells me end of hold time. So ridiculously frustrating . Just want a refund.. poor product, disgusting service.. Will not recommend.

Perfect for home

This product is perfect for your home. It has a well designed body and cleans my wooden floor.

I also have a concrete floor in my garage which was cleaned well by this vacuum cleaner. Show details

Life changer

Being busy I wanted to cut some time down with what I was doing around the house. Getting a robo-vac that was recommended by a work colleague took some of the investigation work out of the job. At first it didn’t save me any time as I would follow the vacuum around. The first time you do have to to check for hazards (it got stuck on the dog food mat, and on the lip of a side table), but once you’ve got those things sorted it like you have your own home helper. It is also fairly quiet which is good for when bubs is sleeping. It vacuums well and is easy to empty too! Show details

Love it

Does a better than fair job and it is quiet. While I am sleeping or walking the dog, eufy gets in under beds, the couch, between dining chairs and hey presto. Cheap at about 20-25% of the cost of flashier models. Pet fur was a daily sweep and vac every other day. That's why I love this little eufy. I will prob still vac carpets once a week now but not the tiles or boards and no more daily sweeping. Very happy! Show details

Not bad when it works. Dead after 2yrs

The RoboVac 11S worked fine for close to two years. Suddenly, it started making extremely loud suction noise. I contacted the RoboVac support and was told that there is no Australian presence for the Eufy brand and accordingly there is nothing they can help me with. I am not a returning customer, that's for sure. Show details

Absolutely love this vacuum

I had been looking at various brands of robot vacuum’s for awhile, my son has the Eufy Robovac and was happy with it. Sadie as we call her is fantastic value for money, does a brilliant job on my hard floors and carpet. Easy to operate, gets a little lost sometimes getting back to the home base but overall a fantastic product, wish I had purchased it earlier, could not live without her.

Not a smart vacuum

This is not a good vacuum, mainly because it won’t stay in a room while the floor is still dirty ! I have to move it around manually room by room otherwise it will just take take itself off into another room and do a bit there then move to the next spot. My previous Kmart was robovac seemed to always finish a room before moving on. Show details

Great Robovacuum

We've had it for about 6 months and use it every 2-3 days and it always picks up a surprisingly large amount of dust, pet fur and everything else. On a combination of hard floors and carpet it will easily run for 2+ hours and get pretty much everywhere. It's a 'dumb' Robovacuum so no route planning and isn't supported by Google/Alexa, though, its sensors are usually sufficient for it to find its way to each room, and it only gets stuck if we don't plan ahead and clear its way.

Cant go wrong with this Robovacuum. I got it for ~$300AUD, which would suggest its a mid-range quality Robovacuum (for Australia) but I would be surprised if the more expensive ones are much better than this one to be worth the money. Show details
