Rubbish, buy a different brand – I do not recommend you buy this vacuum and definitely do not buy Eufy products if you value quality products, customer service or support. Vacuum lasted three months before breaking. After a month of emails they offered an upgraded replacement then changed their mind and offered a refund then changed their mind again and offered a replacement of the same model. I no longer care, I just want Eufy out of my life. The time they've cost me is worth more than the value of the vacuum. IF they send a replacement I will sell it and buy a different brand.
Don’t purchase this brand – We had purchased 2 Eufy branded robovacs and both only lasted just over a year. Wouldn’t go near this brand ! When we reached out to customer service to see if they good do anything as it was only just out of warranty they didn’t help. I would have expected for it to last longer than a year ! A couple of bug bears, as many will already know, it's annoying when the thing gets stuck on something like a power cable or wedges itself under the base of the bed. Also, we can't let it near the stairs. And the dust compartment is relatively small. But gee, it picks up some dirt and dust!
Would I buy another if this ever died? Yes, I think I would.
Great. For a very short time – This is for the Eufy Robo x10 Pro Omni. I have only had this 2 months. It was great to start with but the vacuum is no longer picking up from the carpet. It misses large chunks of the room and the “deep clean” option seems to be no different from standard. It has started to get confused and heads off in the opposite way to what it should. Love it – Does a better than fair job and it is quiet. While I am sleeping or walking the dog, eufy gets in under beds, the couch, between dining chairs and hey presto. Not bad when it works. Dead after 2yrs – The RoboVac 11S worked fine for close to two years. Suddenly, it started making extremely loud suction noise. I contacted the RoboVac support and was told that there is no Australian presence for the Eufy brand and accordingly there is nothing they can help me with. Absolutely love this vacuum – I had been looking at various brands of robot vacuum’s for awhile, my son has the Eufy Robovac and was happy with it. Sadie as we call her is fantastic value for money, does a brilliant job on my hard floors and carpet. Eufy Robovac 11S is great value for money if you don't have a very large house. I'm very impressed – The slimline version is great for getting under beds. I have tiled floors and carpets. It works very well on both. I was expecting to pay much more for a decent Robovac, but decided to give this a go after seeing the reviews. I'm not disappointed. you have to empty the container more frequently, but, considering the savings, it's well worth it. It has a remote control that can set it to specific rooms, edges, times and an extra boost option. I have a standard 4X2 house and it's perfectly adequate. I wouldn't recommend it for a very large house. It perseveres over obstacles like chair frames. All in all, this Robovac is highly efficient and great value for money.
13 months and it's dead but Eufy are going to replace it – Update on my update. I contacted the company and they had me send it back(at their expense) and now they are going to replace. reached 13 months old and out of warranty and it develops a horrible screeching noise when it vacuums. Just can't use it so it was a waste of money. This vacuum seems to pick up a lot of fine dust and pet hair but it misses big areas of the room. It is very random and can miss the same spot multiple days in a row. It never returns to it's base rather it just stops where it thinks it is done. Remote works well however. This my third robot vacuum and probably the worst. But hey it was cheap maybe you get what you pay for!
Not a smart vacuum – This is not a good vacuum, mainly because it won’t stay in a room while the floor is still dirty ! I have to move it around manually room by room otherwise it will just take take itself off into another room and do a bit there then move to the next spot. wanting it to do a perfect up and down clean this not the case, however it does clean well. We have 2 large dogs and I was vacuuming 2-3times a day, now I have a quick vac thru I program it to vac at lunch time whilst working from home or at work. When I get home I put it on twice at night 6pm then before bed at 9pm. This thing works everyday 3 to 4 times a day, it picks up day grit and dog hair trampled in our home, does our hard wood floors, tiles and rugs very well. Our home is clean to my standards because I run it thru so many times during the day and I only have to vac it once a day myself. People with pets that live indoors will understand what I mean. Now for the not so good things the container that collects the rubbish is small so you have to empty a few times, you must make sure cords are out of the way and pick socks, clothes and anything that would obstruct its brushes because it'll beep, stop and carry on. When it's too full it will actually tell u by leaving a trail of mess along its path. Only runs 100mins, great for a small flat but big house need longer. The good goes it returns home to dock and charge when flat, it picks a lot of stuff up and cleans well. You can program to start anytime, you can guide it, easy to clean and pull apart to clean filter, low noise level, press a button to bring it home to dock. The good out weighs the bad all and all its a great robovac has made my life easier and I would definitely buy another one.

look a bit tatty. But since I got 'Rob' It looks like new! Even my family notice the difference in it. I turn it on usually before I get in the shower, by the time I finished It has all my floors spotless. It even leaves a shine on my wooden floors. It's brilliant. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't have the energy to pull a heavy awkward hoover around. It's also very easy to maintain.

sure all wardrobe doors are closed and everything is off the floor. My Eufy is programmed to clean when I am at work which I love. It is possibly too loud if you are working from home- (if you can close an office door it would be fine). It would also be perfect for an office/workspace space to clean in the evenings. found the auto setting does the best job. It whips around quickly, and because of the slim design it's low enough to get under most of my furniture, making my life a lot easier as I'm not having to drag furniture around. It deals with the cat fur easily on both the hard floor - vinyl planks and ceramic tiles, plus on the textured thick carpet. I live in a town house so need to carry it upstairs and it is light weight enough to make that easy too. (It can't do my narrow stairs, but then neither could my old vacuum, so I still have to use a hand held for those.) It can climb the little rise from the carpet up onto the bathroom floor tiles and down again. The best thing is it gets under the bed where the cat likes to sleep and I've found almost impossible to vacuum before with my big upright vacuum. It's easy to empty, with a cassette-like dust tray that slides out and then flips open, and it comes with a little brush to clean the filters. I was shocked at the amount of tiny dust like particles it picks up, especially from the carpet, so I can see it's doing a very thorough job. The Eufy came with clear instructions, extra filters and side brushes in the box. The noise level is about a 4/10 so you can hear it but it's not too annoying. The cat isn't scared by it, rather he likes to watch it and follows it around! If you want a basic robovac then this is a great choice.
Enjoying it, its like a weird pet! – Its a really good machine for a decent price. You almost feel like it has a personality like Wall-E or something. Now our apartment extra clean! chaotic in my opinion but possibly this is due to our open plan. The battery time is great and it can do our large living, kitchen and hall area on one charge on boost easily. You can control it with the remote but every time I do that I wonder why I don’t just quickly use our stick vacuum. Overall I love this vacuum and it’s a huge time saver.

picking up loads of hair and dust. It runs over rugs but I'm not sure effective the cleaning is. It's simple to use, quiet, and self managing. It is fascinating to watch and you can see the tracks that it leaves on carpets, so you know it hasn't missed a bit!! It has only become trapped once and that was because of some cables that I had left loose. The only issue is that the waste container might be a bit small, but if I use it more regularly, perhaps not. Great purchase, great machine, five star.

stuck easily. It fits under my bed and couch and the amount of hair and dust that it picks up every day is amazing, the container is always full. It runs for a little over 2 hours, which is amazing. It is supposed to go back to his base and charge when he is done but we had trouble with that, it may be our fault though some of the times he couldn’t go, other times he worked perfectly. It has 3 patterns available and you can switch them in use as you feel the need. It is not the perfect vacuum that never gives an issue, but if you are looking for a reliable cleaner and don’t mind keeping an eye on him especially if you have pets or kids, it is definitely worth the effort. Also it is a little bit noisy but you get used to it, it makes it easy to know where he is. I leave this review here because I once looked at other reviews and I tried to make a decision and it is hard, you don’t know what to trust and what not.
