as a civil dispute, and I remain out of pocket with no refund. My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing. [Name Removed] originally from Zimbabwe, Australian Citizen living at Hendra Brisbane QLD is the sole director of the company. He is earning a living weekly by defrauding people online. He makes the price of the items in his website very low and cheap to attract people and scam/defraud them of their hard-earned money.

Found this business very helpful as a newcomer to the world of EV. Rang directly as I’d left something off the order. Got onto Jason who wanted me to follow up on GPO type to suit my charger and turned out they needed to charge to a square 3 pin plug. Moment I got back to Jason it was immediately shipped and arrived 2 days later. Excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Show reply

I then requested cancellation of the order and a refund. That request has not been actioned or properly responded to.

This has gone well beyond a reasonable delay and, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this business unless you receive clear dispatch and tracking confirmation before relying on delivery.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Absolutely disgusting. Scammers. Website looks good, decent prices, but then they dont deliver the goods, ignore emails, and the phone line doesnt work. David Nyambuya heads up this company. Theyve blocked me on the company facebook page because I have tried to warn their customers.

The worst online company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a 10 metre charging cable with express delivery. It took them 2 weeks to organise delivery. until that point. When it arrived, it arrived via Amazon Prime, which I am a subscriber of and get free delivery, so they ripped me off on the delivery fee. Secondly, they sent me the cheaper 5 metre version of the cable I ordered. The email receipt clearly showed that I ordered a 10m cable and the delivery paperwork clearly showed they processed and sent a 5m cable. I tried calling their phone number but an AI picks up and is useless. I emailed them, which turned into a long chain of back and forth. They never once acknowledged that they sent the wrong cable, therefore the provided no remedy for a product that is useless to me. After I told them I was giving up and doing a credit chargeback, they immediately refunded the express delivery fee only. They still ignored my request to refund the cable too. I told them they are welcome to send a courier at their own cost to return the cable but in the meantime I’m proceeding with a chargeback to get my money back. It’s been a monumental waste of time for what should be a straight forward delivery service. Don’t waste your time buying anything from this company!

Complete scam. Paid my money, was told they did t have the charger I paid for. They offered a different product, I advised I would rather a refund to which they agreed. After more than 20 emails, I contacted Fair trading and several other authorities. Credit card company luckily got my money back. Please do not buy from EV Charging Aust. They have attached my work number to them and I get daily calls from customers that have not received their order. I work for a business in Brisbane. I get calls from Fair Trading chasing the owner. PLS DO NOT BUY. This business is a [Content Removed]. I just spoke to 1 customer that has paid $9k and not received a thing!!!!

paying by bank transfer and was suspicious that their bank details had changed since my first order, so attempted to contact them by email multiple times. Eventually received a reply through their website chat and a phone call to confirm. The charger arrived and appears to work but is incompatible with my car, so I am currently trying to arrange a return/refund but am again struggling with getting consistent communication. It seems like they simply don't receive any emails, or don't have the capacity to keep up with customer service. I don't think it's a scam as others have suggested, as I've received both products I ordered, but they appear to be under resourced as a business and this has made it frustrating to sort out any issues. Although their prices are competitive I would avoid ordering from them in the future, as I have had much easier dealings with other similar businesses.

Charging Australia saying there was a problem with my order and they were cancelling it - but no mention about a refund. A week later ANZ advised that my credit card charge had been refunded along with interest. Would not order from them ever for anything - they should be shutdown - should be illegal to make up an ASIC company number!
