This is a scam. Beware. They will take your money and run – I was offered a quote and they were in daily contact with me. The pressure sales was to order by paying a deposit before 30/6 so as to not miss out on the ”Special” and confirmed deposit would be refunded if we decide not to go ahead. dont do it! – 15 kw 3 phase system installed in Central Queensland. System has NEVER generated more than 40kwhr in a day. You read that right, less than 3 hours worth of generation in at least an 8 hour day. Has never generated more than 8kw even on the sunniest day. IN CENTRAL QUEEENSLAND! very helpful with communications. Once I got an okay from the body Corp, things were organized quickly.
The only reason I gave four stars is that I could not the original solar panels I chose. I did a lot of research about panels and how solar panels companies (factories) did not affect the local environment and community. I had to pay extra for different panels as the original ones were not available anymore due to COVID. So I was a bit sad. Also the sales lady was very pushy. But I guess sales people are always like that.
On the installation date, the electricians knew what they were doing and follow the instructions from the body corporate.
It was a long process due to delays of my body corporate but this company was excellent with communication (Edward) and customer services.

Installer Poor Workmanship – I understand that we did not have any spare tiles for the installer to replace when he broke the tiles on installation but you cannot say that the tiles were damaged due to their age as it is very clear that they were damaged by the worker because the cracks start where the panel bracket was placed. installer finished the job at 10pm as the other person left sick at lunchtime. The drink bottle was only noticed when the roof person came in inspect our roof because the gutter was overflowing. We do not go up on the roof ourselves so we could have never known the bottle was there and we are not assuming that the fellow worker left it there, we know he did and he went to buy himself hungry jacks that day during his lunch break I can assure you. Due to the extreme heavy rain recently this is when the bottle left in the gutter started causing the overflow and was noticed just recently. It is very unfortunate that your reply is that your installer will just get a letter or warning and not be made responsible for doing a poor job and leaving behind his lunch bottle in our gutter.
This person had to come back the next day to re-install the control box as he had installed the night before at 9pm in a position that prevented us from opening our side gate. I know this person was exhausted by the end of the day because he was left alone doing the job that usually requires 2-3 people to complete.
In regards to the silicone, that was temporarily put in place when the roof was inspected by the roof repair company as it was predicted that more heavy rain and extreme weather conditions were going to continue. As you can imagine we have to whether proof the roof tiles and our home while we wait for the roof repairs to be completed.
I will make sure to write our experience review on your website and spread the word that your company offers this kind of workmanship and service to customers. Your conclusion is not good enough for us unfortunately. I do believe that the roof tiles, as per the photos clearly indicate, have been damaged by your solar panel installer which has consequently caused water to leak into our roof during the latest heavy rain and extreme weather conditions.
At this stage I regret having used your company for the installation of my solar panels as I am sure other companies have better standards of installers and customer service and care.

want to mention are that; 1.They were pushy in terms of payment. They started asking for a full payment before the installation/before they even send out an invoice which brought me a big red flag initially and I argued that every one knows what happens if you pay people upfront and they agreed a payment on the same day after the installation. 2.Hidden fees after the contract get signed. I am not perfectly sure if this is a hidden fee but my understanding was that everything was included in the contracted price. However they asked me to pay $150 to the installer on the spot for installing a meter isolator. Which I couldn't be bothered to argue about and paid.

DO NOT TRUST THEM – They friendly during sales but then comes to service they don't care. Total radio silence, doesn't pick up the phone and will reply when ever they like. Sending multiple emails to [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] every day as my invertor is not working just after 2 months. They were suppose to claim the warranty and replace it but no response. legitimate, but when you have a problem, they will be gone. You have been warned! I have even made a trip past there location and no one is there. Fake company with no actual Australian accreditation. Do not trust this fake company.
The solar panels works well in my two houses – The first installation (in NSW) took only a few hours, but the second (in ACT) took a few weeks. The company offered $2000 travelling vouchers for the second one. After a few tries to make booking, I found out they are useless. The times you liked to make booking were either unavailable or the vouchers could be used in the booking. Show details

the electricity company on the smart meter installation. As soon as the system was connected to the grid, I benefited hugely from the reduction in my electricity bills.

was very efficient, nothing was overlooked. The installer was very polite, very efficient, knew exactly what he was doing, & was very, very neat with his work. I've seen a lot of solar installations, & this one was excellent. I'm so very pleased with the installation & with the performance of the system. Everything is working as explained & returning electricity credits with my energy provider. Don't waste time & effort with those so called deals seen on TV, if you do, they could be cheaper, but you will get an inferior product. It might work, but for how long. I've seen systems perform great when just installed, but within a short period, the performance drops dramatically. There are a lot of brands of solar panels & inverters out there, & chances are, you are likely to get one of these basic budget units & it will work, but for how long. Take my word for it, EPS, you won't regret it!
