This company is really bad when it come to honor their warranty and fix the problem. We had the solar install and the defect work take many phone calls and emails to get their installer come back and fix the system. The battery defect was order for renew and no communication on when the technician would be comming back and reinstall. I was happy with (i.e through more research on product companies and product reviews). I accepted the quote with only a $100 deposit with the balance due on day of install and in no time at all, the installation coordinator (Harry) had our job booked in. Throughout this process I riddled Evergreen Solar with queries relating to costs, approvals, installers details, certification and each time my queries have been answered efficiently and confidently. The installer (Jayesh - Jala Solar, Brisbane based) had all license in order, CEC certified and also had positive reviews for his work.

The installers arrived on the day and I could sense they wanted to install quickly and move to the next job which is fair enough, however it was good they had the time to run through the locations of the panels, the inverter and answer my many questions. After the installation, I jumped on the roof, looked under the panels, went into the roof space, looked in the switch board and checked out every inch of the installation. I am a particular person and to be honest I cant fault it. Panels are straight, inverter install looks good and wiring throughout is all neat and tidy.

It has been no more than 3 weeks from receiving the initial quote and the system is up and running, certified, producing power and we are getting feed in tariffs with our energy provider.

All in all I got a cracking price, products I am happy with and overall great service. Very comfortable recommending Evergreen Solar.

Quick, efficient and easy install – From start to finish these guys were cheaper, more transparent and helpful that several others I tried. Absolutely fantastic service and very professional installation work – I have recently got 6.6kw system installed by Evergreen Solar.
