Every Battery advertise a battery repacking service. Visited their Penrith NSW store late January, staff helpful and told after given go ahead repack would take about 1 week. Gave them go ahead early Feb and now March and still nothing done. Three time i have rang them and they tell me one week. (they never contact me to advise progress). They advertise a servise they cant deliver on, Would not recommend.

The staff at Ringwood get a 5/5 from me and all other family members. We have bought from them over many years. occasion, we ordered a battery but then decided a few weeks later to trade the car and as the battery hadn't been installed, they gave us a full refund. These guys are exceptional when it comes to the car industry.

battery options for my car and clearly explained their tiered pricing for installation—starting from $30 and going up to around $75, depending on how easy or difficult it is to access the battery. Honestly, 5/5 stars for his patience and customer service.

Come Monday, I called the Penrith branch to arrange the battery purchase and fitting. The person who picked up asked for my car model, which made sense—probably just checking compatibility. But when I asked to confirm the installation cost, I was immediately quoted $75, without any assessment of the actual battery location. The impression I got? Because it’s a Mercedes-Benz AMG, the assumption was I’d just pay the top-tier price without question.

When I pushed back, he claimed he was “checking the manual” and made a few vague excuses. It felt less like standard procedure and more like someone trying to cash in based on the car brand.

Maybe this person brought over some habits from a used car dealership in Parramatta, but either way—my advice: ask for pricing upfront before you drive in, or you might end up paying more than you should.

Bad Attitude and Poorly Equipped – Battery started to lose charge in the car, took it back and they didn't have the right size socket to get the batter out. They did offer a loan battery if I got the battery out myself and then brought the faulty battery back for testing and the bring the loan battery back when the testing was complete. yourself and then not guaranteed a replacement if they deem the battery was maybe not good but good enough. The attitude of the manager was extremely poor verging on rude. I will never go back not even for warranty as it is just too hard. I would not recommend anyone to use Every Battery. Perhaps they should review consumer laws on warranty and take heed.

Selling products with no stock – Placed online order for automotive battery. Glenorchy store stated it could not be supplied for at least 2 weeks due to national shortage. the battery. The fact is I didn't. I bought 3 batteries from there, and this is the only one, which has the fault. The point is, I would have appreciated she tried to hear my version of the story, rather than made up her own mind that I was lying and adamant that it was my fault. I am very disappointed of the after sales support. I spent over $1000 from there and to be treated like this is not acceptable.
