Everything Australian Physical store

I understand why Everything Australian is an order on line store now. I ware Red Back boots for work and swear by them. The pair I am currently using are coming apart at the sole, so I dashed out of work early to drop into the Morrabin store and pick another pair up. I walked in actually Waring my old pair I knew what brand, style and size I needed just wanted to pick up a pair pay for them and leave. There was already an overseas couple being served by an elderly gentleman, admittedly they were purchasing quite a few items but I was totally ignored while they discussed there travels and the different items they might like and such. I walked up and down the shoe display trying to make myself obvious but they were totally oblivious to me. Eventually a younger worker came out to see if I needed help. I said yup I need a pair of them and showed him my boots. I had a boxed new pair within minutes. Then oh my god exactly the same scenario at the counter, with another over seas couple paying for multiple items. Again another elderly gentleman serving was discussing travels and the weather and giving customs advice for the airport ect ect, on and on. Eventually a different younger guy came over and told me he would generate an invoice for me and took the boots back of house and return a few minutes later with an invoice to ring up so I could pay. He actually had to interrupt the older sales person and lean over him to reach the EFTPOS scanner. Who was still waffling on to another overseas couple there before me. Both the couples being served I assume would offer that the service they received was outstanding. Regrettably it was at the expense of a return customer who just wanted to run in and run out who couldn't get any

Outstanding service – Purchased a pair of mongrel boots at the new store. The owner was pleasant,very helpful and not pushy. Price was much cheaper than l expected for australian made boots. Definitely go back! Highly recommend, especially the new store which is much bigger ( l went to old store not realising they had moved. Easy to find just around the corner)

Buying Auz clothing made easy – I have bought a few items through EA in store, and the experience has always been pleasant. I have also had to return some boots, and the staff were very quick to review and accept the return. I'm now a loyal customer and will be back!

Absolutely Brilliant – Having bought few items online , I decided to go to Everything Australian shop at Moorabbin. It made my day. Sam was wonderful . Very friendly service and good advice . They have a good collection of Akubra hats and Aussie made boots. Best prices for Akubra's, RM Williams, Rossi and other iconic Australian brands

A store with integrity! – Had the perfect brick and mortar experience with this store. Was looking for a pair of leather dress boots, but didn't want to get a loan to buy a pair of RM Williams. Found some Rossi leather boots for about half the price on Everything Australian that looked promising. Called and checked if they had my size. Drove down to the store, walked in and was immediately greeted by the gentleman who answered my phone call and remembered what I was after. Still dreaming of RM Williams, I asked the guy how the quality/fit compares to the Rossi boots. I basically gave this gentleman had the opportunity to upsell me to a pair of boots twice the price! Instead, he gave me some great advice, suggested the Rossi boots were a better fit for me, gave me some tips of maintaining them, and wished me a good day. I've been really happy with the Rossi boots and will be heading back into Everything Australian soon to buy a second pair.
