I replaced my original Rossi Endura boots through Everything Australian. I live in the US, and they were delivered in 8 days from ordering them. The Rossi’s are amazing as usual. And the customer service was perfect. Support Australia! Thank you.

Excellent product and service – After checking with Akubra about price, authentisity etc. I was told Everything Australian sell genuine Akubra hats. made at Kempsey in the Akubra factory. Akubra setting RRP only, and the sockists sell for whatever price they wish to. I bought an Akubra Traveller hat $100 cheaper than Akubra sell them for and with free shipping. Love the hat, and great service. Arrived from Melbourne in a few days only.

Acubra at a great price – Ordered an Acubra hat for myself for Christmas. Item arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. Communication was great. Best price in Australia too. Recommend.

OK - but – Great range of products and positive reviews. But..really.. in this day & age when shipping domestically do you really need to charge for standard shipping when the item is nearly $300??? Returns policy – $9.95 to return an item that doesn’t fit? Surely that’s not legal? Also been trying to complete the on line form but still unable to after 20 attempts

Misleading – I went to return my Akubra hat as I had ordered the wrong colour. I chose the Post Office print out label but the words press here were NOT highlighted so.I had to.go.through a lot of trouble at the Post Office not to mention waste time. I also had to pay 2 shipping costs instead of one and I now I have to go through the Mastercard people to get $9.15 back. Not worth it.

I understand why Everything Australian is an order on line store now. I ware Red Back boots for work and swear by them. needed just wanted to pick up a pair pay for them and leave. There was already an overseas couple being served by an elderly gentleman, admittedly they were purchasing quite a few items but I was totally ignored while they discussed there travels and the different items they might like and such. I walked up and down the shoe display trying to make myself obvious but they were totally oblivious to me. Eventually a younger worker came out to see if I needed help. I said yup I need a pair of them and showed him my boots. I had a boxed new pair within minutes. Then oh my god exactly the same scenario at the counter, with another over seas couple paying for multiple items. Again another elderly gentleman serving was discussing travels and the weather and giving customs advice for the airport ect ect, on and on. Eventually a different younger guy came over and told me he would generate an invoice for me and took the boots back of house and return a few minutes later with an invoice to ring up so I could pay. He actually had to interrupt the older sales person and lean over him to reach the EFTPOS scanner. Who was still waffling on to another overseas couple there before me. Both the couples being served I assume would offer that the service they received was outstanding. Yesterday I went in person to their shop for the first time, to return a Drizabone hat that was great but not quite right for me. The service was just as good in person - helpful, sound advice on alternatives, no issue with accepting the return and giving a refund (I'd only tried the hat on, so it was exactly as I'd received it). As genuine a shopping experience as you find these days, from impersonal online to personal interaction. I'll continue to buy my Redback boots there, and to recommend them to friends.

Customer Service – I would like to thank the amazing customer service/care I received from my online shopping experience. Time was of the essence to me and I asked for Express post and willing to pay. These guys offered the service at no cost and item received from Melb to Sydney within two days. Outstanding service – Purchased a pair of mongrel boots at the new store. The owner was pleasant,very helpful and not pushy. Price was much cheaper than l expected for australian made boots. Poor customer service – Ordered some boots online, apparently they listed them at the wrong price so they cancelled our order without honouring the sale, be careful with these guys as customer service appears to be lacking.

company to verify and to find out that my boots were out of stock and would only be restocked in 2 months. I can understand that, but I must admit that I was pretty frustrated that no one had called me to let me know the situation and that I had to call myself to find out. Now I have lost so much time getting these boots that I wanted for a trip. Just disappointing.

Still dreaming of RM Williams, I asked the guy how the quality/fit compares to the Rossi boots. I basically gave this gentleman had the opportunity to upsell me to a pair of boots twice the price! Instead, he gave me some great advice, suggested the Rossi boots were a better fit for me, gave me some tips of maintaining them, and wished me a good day. I've been really happy with the Rossi boots and will be heading back into Everything Australian soon to buy a second pair.

Got a good pair of Blundstone Boots!! – Bought a pair of Blundstone boots, for much cheaper then other stores. First lot were to big, had no trouble sending back and getting a smaller size. I'd recommend buying from this website! Delivery was reasonable and received them within a week.

Sceptical at first – Ordered an Akubra Territory hat on a Thursday and read in the ad that it was in stock and typically leaves the warehouse in 1 business day.
