refunded the money I paid to have it delivered on the birthday date and the rep was very understanding, but nothing will take away the fact that we used this company to let our friend know we were thinking of her on her birthday and this company let us down.

MUM'S SPECIAL DAY – Living on the other side of the country always makes it hard to give my mum something special. Mum was really impressed with her gift that was delivered on her special day. Hopeless – Paid express delivery for a birthday which was the next day (Friday.) The poor birthday girl was still waiting for the gifts to arrive on Monday - only delivered Monday afternoon but with part of the order undelivered/missing - so still following this up on Tuesday. Change courier service if this is who you are blaming for all the problems but don't let your customers lose out.

Terrible customer service – My order has been in transit for 10 days now. Called them once they said they would chase it up for me and call me back, they never called me back. I sent an email also but no response. Now they don't answer the phone calls. This was a gift for a friend and I'm feeling so regret about ordering from this company. Be careful not to buy from them if you are not looking for troubles.

customer service is non existent – I sent a hamper for a wedding gift. It was due to arrive on Saturday and now its Thursday,. tracking says in transit. It is in Mackay, so I can understand. but today I give it 1 star,
