No product delivery all money lost – I ordered a product from evitamins on September 30, 2023 and never received the product. I asked them about it, and they replied they do not have it and I said go ahead and refund since they do not have the product they advertised. But I have heard nothing since, even writing back to them twice.

Terribly Poor Customer Service – Have had an order with E Vitamins for 3 months...multiple emails, no response, use their zendesk contact and no response, ring their customer service (both numbers) and always recorded message saying they are closed even during what is very clearly their opening hours. No idea on status of order. No way of contacting them. I would not recommend them.

for refund, they are not replying to my email. This is sooo unprofessional and unethical. I am in process of raising complaint with Fair trading. It's been 5 months. How can these organisations be so unethical and still not shutdown!

Excellent customer service and product – The product I ordered took a long time to come but through no fault of eVitamins. It was dispatched quickly but was held up by Australian customs. I contacted eVitamins twice whilst waiting for the delivery and even though the issue wasn't at their end, they went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Will definitely use eVitamins again.

Good service – I bought some oil and tablets from them and braced myself for the delay due to the reviews here and Covid-19 delay issues. However, happy to report I received it 3 weeks after my order. I didn't receive any updates until I signed in and registered with the tracking updates. Overall, products arrived in good form and 1 week delay is bearable for me.

Excellent! – Great service and great product. This is the best zinc supplement by far on the market. Has healed some physical issues. Zinc is known as being a valuable mineral for healing and this works.

Still Waiting for Order – Ordered vitamins on 29 May 2023 and still have not received items purchased...now 14 August 2023. Have placed a dispute with Paypal and am waiting for eVitamins to reply. Website shows the vitamins have not been shipped.

terrible website – website appears cheap and fussy. Poor layout, poorly thought through.I would spend the extra hundred dollars and get a proper company to do it. It looks like it was designed and constructed by someones son in his bedroom one weekend when not at school.

PARCELS DON'T ARRIVE – I wish I had read this reviews before ordering from this company, its been over a month since my order was placed and yet no parcel has arrived, the tracking system has been frozen half way through the process for over a month, customer service is horrendous for this company they are in the habit of not replying to your complaints, I don't even know if I will be able to get a refund considering their terrible customer service. something for express shipping. On the 27th of September I emailed her and she told me it's on for delivery. I was home the whole day and nothing came, now i don't know what is happening with my order as they didn't even try to deliver yesterday either or tell me I can pick-up from the post office. Also called fed ex and asked them what was happening with my order as the link I received from evitamins was showing them. They said my tracking number is not a fed ex international one they did a search on the tracking number my name and postcode and nothing shows and my tracking number shouldn't have letters If it's with them and only 12 digets numbers only.So very shifty if you ask me. I've ordered from us and uk plenty of other times and it's never taken this long.

Never buy from evitamins, save your money – The worse service ever. Customer support is not willing to help. Never got my order, because of the customs restrictions. long in my book! I planned ahead 2 weeks and that should of been ample time. I do online orders ALL THE TIME, never has anything taken this long. Beyond a joke, and they have no customer service! Have emailed twice and no reply yet!! Nothing, not a word, not even an automated response. Ridiculous. Very frustrating.

Shipping information was inaccurate... This company is so unreliable! – While the product is good, it took 2 months to get here!! Tracking said it went from country to country for weeks before even arriving in the destined location.

of the product. This information should be available on their website so that I can make an informed choice as to whether to proceed with the purchase or not. 2. I can see on the tracking information that my order arrived in Sydney Australia 8 days ago at a location around 90 minutes drive from where I live. I have not yet, however, received the order. Nor have I been notified as to what has happened in these 8 days. I am unable to lodge a tracking request to the service provider as only US addresses can be entered, and I cannot phone them without cost to myself, as there are only US numbers. If you are shipping internationally, then I would assume you would want to choose a provider that allows international customers to properly track their orders. This is not the case for USPS. Finally, I have written to eVitamins to request that they follow up the tracking and have not yet received a response. So, an left in limbo. Not happy.

This is a joke first I-herb screwed me over and now im waiting on this company – 10 days and still dont know where it is.Tracking shows destination japan 2017,I live in australia and its 2019.Already paid $10 for shipping to get here in 15-20 days rediculous.

Good variety of products but incredibly slow shipping – Would purchase from this site again because, but only because of the product range and the stock I want not being available from an Australian site. Shipping time is excessive.

Shipping Costs to Australia expensive – Items are reasonably priced, however when incorporating the shipping cost to Australia it make the items expensive to buy. Otherwise I find shopping with eVitamins a very good store with some good special deals and an excellent range of products, shipping time is acceptable for the distance to Australia.
