Less than 5 minutes, almost did nothing yet charged me $79. Fairfield forum branch run by a group of under-age employees who are very unprofessional. It's a total rip off with poor quality service.

session, there was no consultation to discuss potential treatment options; I was immediately directed to proceed with the therapy. I was asked whether measurements or photos could be taken not knowing they are important to the procedure being a nice out for you. This importance was not explained to me. Had it been the case, I would have accepted them. The second session felt markedly different from the first, particularly in how the treatment was administered. Clearly the operator was a much more experienced that the first. The difference in the "service" was stark, especially with the application of the equipment to my belly. The first operator was new and unexperienced. Their adverts do not state a minimum of three sessions as explained during the second session let alone three sessions per month. If there are three required, you SAY they are required. It's a simple case of do what you say and say what you do and not mislead your customers. I was NOT cautioned that the treatment might not work. That is a lie. After two months, I expressed that I didn't want to continue investing in an ineffective treatment, only to be told that a minimum of three sessions was required, contrary to your website's terms and conditions, which stated two to three sessions. The service was not completed on their end and NSW Fair Trading are involved. They said they delivered; they did not.

Scam to say the least about their fat-sucking. What they promise on their website is just to suck you in. You will go through a LOT of money by the time you finish with them. AND, it doesn't work! NSW Fair Trading is involved.

Then, the next day, I received another call with the same excuse. They said my reservation would be canceled and I should come on Monday morning. When I refused, they told me to come anyway.

When I got there, the employee who did the treatment- all I remember is that she was wearing a scarf- was absurdly rude. I tried to explain the situation, and she just cut me off, saying, “go and sit; we will call for you.” I let it slide because I didn’t want her bad attitude to ruin my day.

After the treatment, I was charged but when I checked my bank account, they had taken nearly double the price they originally quoted me on the phone. When I refused to accept this and said it was their mistake, not mine, and that I wanted to speak to a manager, as they were vague and didn't explain anything, just put extra prices without letting you know before the treatment, the staff refused to refund me and instead offered a “complimentary session” for their mistake, Another employee also told me to come back in two weeks for a touch-up if the hair didn’t fall out.

I returned today (March 31) exactly two weeks later as they told me, and they were even ruder and dishonest. One of the employees, I don’t know her name, but her face was full of filler, just sat there looked on the screen after I gave her my number and started smirking. The other one next to her looked at the screen, then picked up her phone and smirked too, saying, “Yeah, we put a note on your account,” as if they had planned the whole disrespectful interaction in advance. It felt filthy, deliberate, and completely unprofessional.

First, they claimed I came back after three weeks and had missed the touch-up window. When I showed them the email and proved it had only been two weeks, they changed their story and said the touch-up should have happened in the first week, even though the treated hair hadn’t even fallen out yet!!!!!!

Then, they told me that if they gave me a touch-up now, they would remove the complimentary session from my account.

For context, I’ve already had nearly 15 laser hair removal sessions at another clinic. I only started going to this one after moving house and was planning to use it for occasional maintenance sessions. Despite that, their treatment was clearly done in a poor, patchy way, almost like they intentionally missed spots. They also try to pressure you into buying a full bundle of multiple sessions, even if you're only there for maintenance.

This place scammed me, lied to me multiple times, and treated me with total disrespect. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

explaining that I work seven days a week and find it challenging to take a day off, they were adamant that Saturday was the only option. Reluctantly, I took a day off work and confirmed my booking for the 18th of May at 1:45 pm several times over the phone, emphasizing that I had taken a day off.

On the day of my appointment, I checked the confirmation message and discovered that I was actually booked for the 25th of May. After calling the clinic 25 times before finally reaching someone, I was met with rudeness and a lack of accountability. The staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the error, directing me to call back the next day to speak with the manager. Despite explaining the difficulty of reaching them after numerous attempts, I was met with dismissiveness and no assurance of a callback. I had prepaid $1000 for sessions, lost a day's income, and incurred Saturday penalty rates without receiving any services.

When I requested a refund, I was told it couldn't be facilitated, and the staff member claimed not to have information about who had booked my appointment. Additionally, she stated that call recordings were not kept, which I believe contributes to the negligence in their service. I do not recommend this clinic due to the poor service I experienced, despite their competitive prices.

In contrast, my sisters have had positive experiences at Results Laser Clinic for the past year, with no issues regarding staff, service quality, or professionalism. I will not be endorsing this clinic to others based on my disappointing encounter. I honestly wish I had looked at the reviews before I decided to book and pay for their service. Their low rating says it all.

not have a lot of hair. They can do just the jawline. Also the girl told me that I dont have to remove hair as they help in removing that. After service they asked me to pay another 49aud to cover jaw line in next two sittings. The girl over the counter dont know what lower chin or upper chin includes. They just want to fool their customers. I have to stay with hairs on my face for weeks so let them fall on their own which is another dissatisfaction altogether. These girls were not at all apologetic about what they charge their clients and what they are offering. Hope they learn some professionalism and customer service.

Additionally i dont think this is how you even treat lips and chin area. I am pretwy sure most of the areas din even get the shot. I can see literally hair on my lip and chin big ones which they say eventually will drop off miracally...god knows only what kind and type of service they provide.

Competitive prices compared to other clinics. False advertising. Poor laser treatment. Poor customer service. I committed to a course of laser hair treatment over quite a few months. They promised it would largely remove hair permanently. I did the sums comparing between getting my own at home use laser hair removal device and going to a clinic to get it done and it came up equal cost wise going by this clinic's advice for a certain amount of sessions to practically permanently remove hair. I was moving soon so I thought I would choose the clinic option to save lugging around a device. My experience is that you will need quite a bit more treatment/ sessions/ laser than they quote to permanently remove hair. So you are best to buy your own device so you can continue with the treatment for longer at cheaper cost. Also using a home device yourself will remove any discomfort from dealing with others especially if you are doing it on more private areas of yourself. Also to avoid dealing with an unpleasant laser operator, which was the situation with this clinic. The staff behaviour was so bad that I stopped the course of treatment before finishing it after persevering way too long with it (my results still did not track with the progress they said would occur after the amount of treatment that I got from them). I complained and they were polite and agreed to refund the unused session costs to me. But I didn't see much sign of them genuinely listening to my feedback to improve things. Get your own at home device to save money and discomfort from unprofessional staff.

Con: -False advertising/ poor application. I was told effects would be permanent largely but they weren't. Also some areas were clearly missed as it's as if barely any treatment happened there. I had to repeatedly during the sessions ask them to actually zap spots that they were skimming over. Month after when growth comes back, you can see where they missed. -Very uncomfortable experience especially when you are in a vulnerable position getting it done in private areas. On several occasions those who did the treatment were giggling, sniggering and making snide comments. -I started to complain to the manager about a particular person that did my treatments and was straight away told she no longer worked there anymore before I even identified her. I am not interested in someone being fired, this just seemed like not a genuine acknowledgment of the problem and attempt to fix it but a superficial attempt at stopping me from being angry. For all I know this person is continuing as she was with other customers.

Rude rude woman and not very helpful – I went to this laser clinic for some advice and the women in their looked at my like I was pathetic and then gave me incorrect advice that would have cost me alot of money. Thankfully I seeked a 2nd opinion and found out I could fix an alternate way without the extreme cost and no turned up noses.

The best service! – Tanya, is incredible! Never have I had a better experience with laser, like I do with her, every time I swear I have something else that is a problem, and she listens and sorts out everything that is on my mind.

Evolution Laser, Salamander Bay NSW - excellent – Thoroughly recommend this clinic. Manager Vanessa is very knowledgeable and makes you completely at ease. I found it easy to purchase three treatments online during their sale and had an appointment within 4 days.

Worst communication - CBD clinic – - CBD clinic only picked up their phone ONCE after ringing them over 8 times on different occassions. - Told me they'd call me back for an urgent matter, but never did. - Overpriced - Their online log in system is glitchy - Save credit card details on our accounts and there is no option to delete it - The bot chat option doesn't respond to the most important jobs.

get me great results. I paid the $3500 as it was roughly the same price as all my other procedures, however this time the result wasn’t as good as I have been promised or used to.

I went home with more pain then I have ever experienced and more bruising then I have ever had during this procedure, after a few weeks my face settled and I told them I am not happy with the result! They explained that that is the best $3500 will get me, and that I am not getting the desired result as I have aged.

The funny thing is I did this procedure a little over a year ago, how much could I have aged! In 1 year! They said they have photos that their is an improvement from before and after, and I agree! If you fill a ball half way it’s obviously better then flat but it’s not full and I was promised a prefect result.

They refuse to help me when I ring and explain I am not happy, they said “that’s all 3500 will get you.” That wasn’t the conversation before they took my money now I lost my money and not happy with the result Definitely won’t go back or recommend I have even told all my family and friends not to go their

Excellent Service and Staff – I went in for lip fillers at Evolution Macarthur Square NSW. I was greeted very warmly by the staff. My nurse was Ashley and she was fantastic, her work is exceptional and she definitely knows how to do fillers. I will be back again

Quick and professional – The prices are definitely competitive to other laser clinics, and I've been there twice and had one amazing experience and one not so great (bc she burned a bit of skin, but only because she wanted me to see effects fast and permanently) but still good!
