Recently purchased the Ocular OC20-BC 7kW wall charger for our EV from EVSE. The process of assessing our site and communication with staff was excellent. Installer was very efficient and helpful. The unit is working perfectly and the app is easy to use and great for setting up scheduled charging.

without no one contacting me, I sent an email. Another few days past and no contact me or replied to my email, so I called them. The person on the other side of the call apologized and said would arrange for someone to do the initial assessment. Again, I waited a few extra days with no contact.
2 weeks later, I called them again, spoke with someone else that again, apologized and said she would take my case personally. She sent me an on-line form for the assessment which I filled straight and she arrange an electrician to confirm installation conditions. A couple of days later their electrician came, looked everything and said it was all good for install and he would report back to EVSE and they would contact me again to arrange everything. I thought now things would go ahead, but another week passed and no contact from EVSE. I called them one more time to ask what was going on, and was told the electrician had a personal issue and could not send his report to EVSE. I understand things like this could happen, but I'm dealing with a company not a sole trader, so if one electrician couldn't do the job they should look for someone else. Already tired of chasing my tale, I told them to cancel the installation and just send me device which I was told would be arranged, but guess what, it's been a month and no charger and no contact from them.
Having had enough, I called today to cancel everything. Again, staff was polite, but I simply can't trust this company anymore. I hope I don't have to call again to chase my refund!
Lack of service – Service was terrible. i had ordered a charger and paid my deposit, however my circumstances changed due to illness and i was unable to go though with the purchase. Great before, during and after sales service – Purchase and check out process was super easy, after purchase they were very responsive with help to get me going with the charger (even followed up on a Sunday which was really appreciated as during the week is very hard for me) and then when it had a problem they were right there as well, they immediately replaced it free of charge without me even asking.
