I applied for home EV charge specially asked for 7M long cable, ended up with 6M cable. This makes the charging very inconvenient. Emailed to EVSE, still no response. Yes, somehow your quote to me has little work shows W6m. I only just realized when i checked it after installation. EVSE did not send me any reminding email or messages advising me it is only 6M long cable. Very disappointing withe service. Show details

Recently purchased the Ocular OC20-BC 7kW wall charger for our EV from EVSE. The process of assessing our site and communication with staff was excellent. Installer was very efficient and helpful. The unit is working perfectly and the app is easy to use and great for setting up scheduled charging.

resolved the problem by hardwiring the connection. Since then, the charger has performed perfectly and the aftercare from EVSE has been exceptional.

Like most has commented, their customer service is non-existence. A month ago I have contacted them to request for a warranty due to my 10meters type 2 to type 2 cable stop working. A person named [Name Removed] told me to send him/her a correspondance. With another month later, still not heard from them. Today I have decided to hit them up… Read more

again using their online chat.... you can see from my screen grab what has happened (or therefore, lack of) to me.

Avoid them at all cost. I am $445 worst off. And I am getting another one from Amazon because it's cheaper and I know I will receive a proper customer service going forward.

Within 3 months the 'start/stop' button on my charger stopped working. Responses to bad reviews will tell you to email info@ to get the matter looked into. I have and no response. Next step is to take it up with my credit card company. $450 for a inferior quality charger... Show details ·  2

 Follow-up  · After my review, support got in touch and resolved my issue. Turnaround time should be better on tickets, but charger is now working.

I can sum up the service as, organised, punctual, professional and pro-active. The wiring was neat and they tidy up after themselves! The unit itself works like a charm. During the day, it uses surplus from my solar panel. Charges my TANK 500 Hi4-T PHEV to 100% in 3.5hrs. Show details ·  1

I dealt with Ashley and she was very knowledgeable with EV charging. I decided to go with the IQ home so it works together with my solar system and when we were scheduling the installation, to my surprise my house was selected for a random safety audit. Look for other options – I wish I had read some of the reviews before buying, but since I had bought a cable from this company before and had no issues, I trusted to buy a car charger with installation and just got disappointment. After I did my order on-line, I received an automatic email saying someone would contact me for an installation assessment. After 4 days… Read more

without no one contacting me, I sent an email. Another few days past and no contact me or replied to my email, so I called them. The person on the other side of the call apologized and said would arrange for someone to do the initial assessment. Again, I waited a few extra days with no contact.

2 weeks later, I called them again, spoke with someone else that again, apologized and said she would take my case personally. She sent me an on-line form for the assessment which I filled straight and she arrange an electrician to confirm installation conditions. A couple of days later their electrician came, looked everything and said it was all good for install and he would report back to EVSE and they would contact me again to arrange everything. I thought now things would go ahead, but another week passed and no contact from EVSE. I called them one more time to ask what was going on, and was told the electrician had a personal issue and could not send his report to EVSE. I understand things like this could happen, but I'm dealing with a company not a sole trader, so if one electrician couldn't do the job they should look for someone else. Already tired of chasing my tale, I told them to cancel the installation and just send me device which I was told would be arranged, but guess what, it's been a month and no charger and no contact from them.

Having had enough, I called today to cancel everything. Again, staff was polite, but I simply can't trust this company anymore. I hope I don't have to call again to chase my refund!

Lack of service – Service was terrible. i had ordered a charger and paid my deposit, however my circumstances changed due to illness and i was unable to go though with the purchase. EVSE charged me 15% cancellation. the product was returned in the delivery box and well insured for return. Very unsatisfactory response. Still waiting for return of my money. Show details

Terrible – Terrible company, no communication skills. Had the charger booked in to be installed and no one turned up. Multiple phone calls and emails with no response, a day later I finally get onto them to be told they can re book me in for a week later.

Great before, during and after sales service – Purchase and check out process was super easy, after purchase they were very responsive with help to get me going with the charger (even followed up on a Sunday which was really appreciated as during the week is very hard for me) and then when it had a problem they were right there as well, they immediately replaced it free of charge without me even asking.
