Overpriced and unreliable technician who couldn't confirm a time to arrive expecting me to wait all afternoon for his arrival.

happier - extremely polite and clean services provided with a smile (no mess left behind even with the wet and muddy weather), and all at a reasonable and competitive price too. No show – Told on second call that the technician was VERY sick and that was why I hadn't been contacted as promised just that morning. He must have become very sick very quickly. Eventually organised a time but it was a no show. No communication at all. Maybe they are good if they actually do show up but I didn't get that courtesy.

Accepted the higher quote due to reviews and wasn’t disappointed – Highly recommend Alan and his team for your air-con installation. The installers dig a great job and communicated everything they were doing and any changes to the original plan to get my approval so it was a very professional experience. They clearly have a strong duty of care are customer oriented which is becoming increasingly rare.

Excellent service and very professional – My heater died in June last year and needed to be replaced. At this time of the year it was very cold and Jay advised me that he would have the new heater installed within two working days. It was a holiday on the Monday the 08/06/20 and as promised, heater installed on the 10/06/20. Outstanding technician and a very happy customer.

Excellent service from Julie wonderful – Aircon not working could not help due to hot weather overload however advised there had been a power brownout in our area the night before and to switch the unit off for a while when I turned it back on it worked perfectly thank you .Will always use Excel in the future.

I cant believe I lucked out and picked these guys – It was a hot Saturday when my air con broke down. I looked on line for help. right there and then. How good is that? I'm so grateful! all fixed within 24 hours by the nicest bloke I've met in a long time. They even gave me time to pay. If you have air con problems get onto these guys. Not only expert work, but caring and friendly staff. By the time he had finished I wanted to adopt him! Don't go past these guys if you need air con! Absolutely THE BEST!!!
