Extreme Cleaning Services

I was quoted $140 to clean a rug and when the operator arrived, she said that it would be $250 for a basic clean which would take several days to dry and $350 for a service which would take 2 hours to dry. I opted for the latter because I needed it dry as soon as possible. The operator said that I would need to pay 10% GST on top of the $350 if it wasn’t cash. The process took about ten minutes, and the rug was left with stains and was soaking wet. One day later and it is still wet and the moisture seeped onto my polished timber floor which I was assured that it wouldn’t. In addition, I was not given a receipt. It was very disappointing because the claims that were stated on the website of this company are untrue.
They gave a quote of $120 but when they showed up they asked for $308.00 for deodorisation (which they advertise that it’s included). The girl asked for the money before she started the job, which we did, and then she drove away. After ringing the office manager several times, I was put on hold for about an hour and nobody came back to me, so I called back several times and they never answered the phone at after that. They are scammers. This was also reported to police.
I can't speak more highly about the service I received after a hot water system created a water feature in my unit.
I recently had a disappointing experience with a carpet cleaning service that I feel compelled to share. After scheduling a cleaning, the service was performed adequately, but the lack of a receipt left me frustrated. I always expect to receive a receipt for services rendered, not only for my records but also for warranty purposes and potential tax deductions.
When I inquired about receiving a receipt, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which added to my dissatisfaction. This lack of professionalism raises concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices. I believe that every customer deserves transparency and proper documentation for the services they pay for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this carpet cleaning service due to their failure to provide a basic receipt.
Avoid this company for carpet repairs - no idea, just used glue liberally and pretended that's a repair – Unskilled and botched the small job. Cut a piece too small for patch area (30 x 10 cm) so cut another in-fill patch rather than cut another single piece correctly (we had plenty of carpet available). In second spot, just glued the patch we had precut - didn't even bother to sort out the edge abutting the skirting board. Cut the undelay out but didn't put it back. [Name Removed] is not an expert as this company tries to portray - he did a worse job than I did (I had to fix up the mess myself). I assume he is a subcontractor given the payment details.
