DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! They will tell you the price is low but not tell you that you generally always need a second appointment then they offer it for an extra $200. My eyebrows don't even match my hair colour and are patchy and look terrible.
SCAMMERS… do not go.. working under different accounts.. I have had tattoo removal then a new nano done but was not even one side was 1cm shorter, they said to come back I did.. I still need gaps filled but will not go back.. who ever has had a problem report there pages and contact fair trading I have and will be taking legal action with these dodgy scammers money hungry greedy people..

Complimentery. How would I know at the first appointment how bad a job and uneven it would be to even require a touch up. Avoid this place like the Plague, unprofessional, and amateur workers probably normally acrylic nails and massage girls elsewhere for their real job.

Please do not even bother going to this salon. They also trade under the name of Cosmetic Tattoo Australia. I visited the Parramatta location, artist was rude did not listen and certainly not good at her job. My eyebtows turned out horrible uneven and lost pigmentation straight away.
Inconsistent quality. Both my mum and myself have done old eyebrow laser removal and new eyebrow design and lips tattoo service but each appointment is with different artist hence the inconsistent quality. Also none of the artists speak much English so it was hard to communicate and explained what we want with the services. This scam! Becarefull with all the advertisement at ig or tiktok if you looking for the eyebrow tattoo. They company hiring someone else do the job and they did very dodgy. My eyebrow is the victim, they promise to fix it up but they gone and they blocked me on the ig chatt.

I previously left a review exposing them, they changed their Google profile name to “Safa Beauty Salon” in an attempt to cover up their deception. This is a clear case of consumer fraud, and I will be reporting them to the ATO and Consumer Affairs for investigation.

committing. They show videos of sleek salons and friendly staff, but the reality is far from it!
They rent out rooms in large buildings at various locations, and depending on where you want to go, they'll send someone to that location. The worker I was assigned had limited English skills and was lying on the treatment bed when I entered. The room had a tiny "Eye Design Salon" logo, and the worker was stretched out on the bed with no proper bed covers, only a plastic sheet protecting the surface. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the room were concerning.
The worker was instructed to change her gloves after drawing on my eyebrows but constantly touched her face and hair. Her hair kept brushing against my face during the procedure, which made me sneeze. To make matters worse, there were no aftercare instructions provided. I had to ask for them and was later sent a set of labeled diagrams (see photo).
Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!
An unhygienic scam – I was surprised at the location of the service, a small office space with no sign. When entering the room the woman was asleep on the beds. penetration of the skin, the worker needed to be told to change their gloves after handling their phone, their hair and touching their face. The womans hair was also out and falling on our face during the treatment where we had to stop ourselves from sneezing during the procedure. While trying to provide feedback about the work done, the woman was confused and couldn't respond to our queries. Usually for a procedure involving pain there is some communication such as "let me know if it's too much or you need a break". There was no effort made for the client to feel safe or comfortable. The end results were terrible, with aftercare instructions only received after asking over chat. Please do not use this service.

not informed of this when booking. Also when enquiring about the treatment I asked if there was downtime she said there wasn’t any. Then after the treatment told not to shower for 24/48 hours I forget which, no exercise etc. I had to ask to be sent a copy of the after care instructions. Upon receiving these I read that an aftercare cream is recommended 3 times a day, was not told about this and had to ask what it was.
All in all was put off my the money hungry nature of dealings, pain during treatment, lack of information provided and very disappointed with the result.
Be warned-inexperienced and under qualified – Terrible service! Terrible job! I did eyebrow tattoo in the liverpool salon. They did an awful job and tried ti charge me to fix them. Customer service is shocking. Do not go here.

Wrong info given – I was informed by the tech that I can have a touch up of the eyeliner tattoo for free after 2 weeks.. Hence I tried booking in with the sales staff after 3 weeks only to be informed rudely that I had to pay for it. They reasoned out that I was misinformed by the tech and I still have to pay. I argued that they should have given proper information and not empty promises. Very disappointing and I strongly not recommend this nasty place

Their customer service is non-existent, and their approach comes across as desperate and greedy rather than professional. I will be telling my family and friends not to go near this business. booked it. Nowhere said anything about extra fees, in fact the terms and conditions [Name Removed] sent after I paid my deposit STATED A COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP. In my first session [Name Removed] asked me how much I was paying for my eyeliner tattoo. I thought it odd, why does it matter, was it going to affect how much time/effort she put into me? After she was done I mentioned the eyeliner was too thin, and not at all winged like the pic I showed (of their work). I think it’s because she ran out of time: I could hear her sighing so much because my eyes were teary. [Name Removed] said she’d sort it out in my touch up session. 2 weeks later I went to book my touch up session she told me it would cost almost the same price as the initial session! That makes it NOT ON PROMOTION ANYMORE! Then she started pulling out all these ‘full price’ numbers to justify this ‘promotion’. I felt so judged by her, she actually accused me of trying to get a free touch up. I told her if she was upfront about prices I would have just asked her to fix my tattoo in my initial session. I finally found the terms and conditions she sent me mentioning the info about the complimentary touch up. I sent it to her, thinking she’d finally apologise and it was just an error on her part that no extra fees were mentioned verbally or written, other than past quoted prices and terms and conditions stating free touch up. After realising she wouldn’t budge and I would have to pay for what she should have done in the first consult, I asked for a refund because it looked nothing like what I asked, even though I was clear that it didn’t look finished. She called me unreasonable and wouldn’t be servicing me anymore. I will be taking things further with consumer protection. At the very least I want to warn others. All [Name Removed] had to do was re-read our communication and the terms she sent me, and realise they did all point to a complimentary touch up, and try to resolve it. She didn’t care for her error, she just wanted more money. Before your company comments, please take a step back and read the many 1star reviews on here and maybe instead of pointing out we’re all wrong and all our complaints are misleading and detrimental, perhaps take a look at why we all felt the need to express our frustration on this site, and others. the results were nothing like I expected. To make it worse, the ink spread horribly within two weeks, making my brows look like a bad tattoo gone wrong. They also told me they accepted Afterpay, but when it came time to pay, they didn't honor it. To top it all off, they asked for an extra $300 for a follow-up consultation just to fix their mistakes! First time client, blown away by amazing lip blush results! – First-time client and totally overwhelmed by how incredible my experience was. I came in for lip blush, and the results are way beyond what I expected. The staff is so welcoming, and the artist took such great care to ensure everything was perfect. No Refunds on Deposits (Company Policy) – Wouldn't refund my deposit after kindly requesting refund of deposit despite giving them 1 weeks notice of my appointment ahead. told this before I was made to put down a deposit 2 weeks before my appointment) I would have opted to not pay a non refundable deposit. I asked to be provided a name of their manager and name of person who refusing to give my refund but they wouldn't divulge. Its very upsetting and frustrating. I think the name also comes up or is linked somehow with Deluxe Cosmetics Tattoo. I provided proof of payment my bank details and ample notice of cancellation 1 weeks in advance so they can arrange another spot for another customer and not loose business but the totally and utterly would not budge on refunding my deposit back $50. I suggest if you don't want to loose your money don't pay deposit., and think hard before your asked to pay a deposit on line on social media through face book adverts as not all business are legitimate in caring about customers or ethical practice to refund if you cancel in advance or even reschedule. Be careful ask for their policy before handing over your money.

block like uneven brows, with 2 tails on each brow they want me to pay extra $150 for laser and $250 to shade and correct it again. That's $1075 in less than 6 months for brows. During my first session, I was treated with a "faulty" laser machine, which the owner failed to disclose. As a result, the effectiveness of the treatment was barely 50% of what it should have been.
When I reached out for clarification, she was unresponsive and did not provide any explanation regarding the machine's issues—she simply went silent.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this business to my family or friends. For me, the foundation of any successful business is honesty, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed.

pride themselves on hygiene the person that did my eyebrows coughed continuously and sniffled the entire time while doing my eyebrows. The fans and lights were covered in dust and eyelashes on the lighting near the bed. I was scared to even look around further. I also was not asked if taking my photos would be ok there wasnt any asking or consent but they were taken anyway. I'm absolutely distraught. Said it was one price when I got there said it would be another $100 on top of what I was already paying if I wanted it that way. Don't want to at all admit responsibility. There wasn't even a health form or any checks to see if I was suitable for this type of procedure. The person couldn't speak English and we couldn't communicate clearly throughout the procedure. I had originally gone through the checks asking for pics of previous work showing what I'd like done thinking if covered anything but now I'm permanently screwed. speak [Content Removed], no proper communication between booking person and master (you have to contact them via fb messenger, then they book you in, lets say for lip blush, you go there, the master has no clue what you are there for). I've asked multiple times to fix the tattoo or remove it with laser. They answer "yes yed, come will fix", and the master blinking at me shocked "we don't do laser removal here at all" They mutilated my lips. Eyeliners are so uneven, on one of the correction i had to draw myself for them to show how to make it even. Eyebrows didn't change much. All up $1500 , and absolutely devastating results. The salon itself is disgusting (see photos). Biggest regret. Biggest loss.
