I rang ezee mobile to fix my problem but received no response from them I went 6 days without phone over the long weekend and fell ill I was unable to contact my family for help I would not ring again I rang 3 times but got no real help I don’t give any stars

To be honest, I feel somewhat hood-winked by Ezee Mobile. When I spoke with them yesterday, I made it clear I wished to cancel my contract as I was experiencing real difficulties getting connected. their network between Saturday and the end of Monday. When I spoke with their customer service person, they indicated I had to be connected before they could cancel my contract. Finally, she was able to guide me through my phone menu and show me a different way (not mentioned on their website) on how to get my eSIM activated. I then asked again to cancel my contract with them as I was not satisfied with their customer service (I signed up on the weekend, had issues, yet their call centre didn't open till Monday, and when I called - all day, no-one answered. It was only by email that I got any response, and finally got connected late on Monday afternoon). The Customer Service representative said she couldn't promise me a refund but would forward it to the team that deals with this, and get back to me the following day (today). She advised the company refused to refund my $39 amount I had paid for their post paid plan, saying they don't allow a change of mind! I find this totally unacceptable in this day and age, and extremely disappointing. I mean, fair enough if I had been using their network for a few days or even a week, but honestly, I was unable to use it at all, despite paying my money! As a side issue which further disappointed me, while I was offline and waiting to get connected to their network, I learned they only have International roaming to 15 spurious countries around the world. My previous provider, Optus has IR in over 150 countries! 10 times the amount of EZEE Mobile. As I travel frequently overseas, this is important to me, making EZEE Mobile a real Dud in this sense. Would I recommend them or their customer service? No way. I think they are dodgy and just interested in grabbing your money and providing very flaky customer service. Buyer Beware!

The coverage is actually really good. It was quick to set up for wife and I. I only planned on a temporary change as our vodafone plan had so many recurring issues, but i’m gonna keep this one and put my family onto it. So many other companies who grab your money for horrible services. Good to see a new data service that actually works. Show details · 1
Decided to go with EZEE mobile for the double data package but there was an issue when I activated my SIM and it took slightly longer than expected to get service. Appreciate how quick to respond and helpful the customer service team were but I was still left without a phone for a while.

Untrustworthy company. Avoid – Untrustworthy company that locks you into a recurring monthly charge and obscures how to opt out of renewals or cancel the service. When I tried to cancel and seek a refund for unused services, the company refused. Avoid this service provider at all costs.
