Great quality canvas print – I ordered a 60cm x 60cm canvas print of a photo from my son's wedding. The canvas looks great and arrived quickly and was well packed. This is my second order and would happily use Fabness again. Very happy.

Latest photo book – I've just received my photo book and I couldn't be happier. It arrived well packaged and ahead of time. The front and back covers are stunning. visualize while working on the program as it isn't large enough and the borders, etc., don't give a real clear view of the items. I've been using Fabness for many years and have always been quite happy with the results.

Absolute con – So I ordered 150cmx150cm which is $219 they have a discount coupon for 60% off .. Entered the discount and the price of my canvas came to $499 to which they tried to say I got a discount so my total came to $200??

Fab ness won’t respond to my emails !!!!!!!! – Have tried to.contact them several times. Absolutely no response. Say free delivery if spend $150 yet this amt is added to the cost which is over $150. Please respond.

Quality of printing has deteriorated – I have shopped with this company for nearly 10 years now . They were fantastic at the beginning with very good quality printing and beautifully printed canvas prints. However this is no longer the case. use of so much black continues to ruin the quality of the image. This has happened too many times now and even when they reprint due to the company s guarantee the quality never improves. On a good note their customer service has always been great so I hope they honour their guarantee this time with a money back guarantee as reprinting won't work due to past experiences. Unfortunately for me the canvas print is now going in the bin.

After many problems, Fabness came through and gave me free shipping – I attempted to order some glasses from a third party and was shocked at the postage, so I cancelled the order but was still charged. bought a beautiful 2 horses in the snow – I pondered over buying on internet, some reviews were not so good but loved the canvas of the white horses so gave it a try. I am wrapped in the canvas it is everything I hoped for and looks fantastic on my living room wall. Star track delivered on time. So my experience and faith in this company was very professional and the product is fantastic. I would recommend them.

Excellent customer service – Fabness have been exemplary in their customer service from first point of contact to the conclusion of any of my transactions. Recently, I had an issue with a glass and without fuss, they agreed to replace it and the new glass was sent immediately. The whole process from original email to receipt of new glass was 3 days. Won't refund money BEWARE – I haven't receives my goods and asked for a refund in October they still won't give me back my money after 10 emails they send me same reply . . I get nothing back.. Do not buy from them they will not do refunds I'm going to PayPal and advise them then I'm complaining to eBay your a rip off company disgusted

RELIEVED – Customer service was wonderful after my large canvas goat print arrived faulty (canvas wasn't stretched or attached properly to frame). They were diligent, courteous and prompt in their replies to me. Sure enough, as promised, they sent a replacement item which is now hanging on our wall. Thankyou so much. Photo book – I was a long time customer of PhotoDeals (or Eastmon) until they changed to Fabness. It is very difficult to create vs the previous PhotoDeals version. Not able to create text. Photos take a long time to adjust on the page. Theres no auto save feature so need to remember to save all the time. My project suddenly got lost and when I returned to My Project, all that was created was lost. Disappointed.

Do not buy house sings from Fabness and Groupon – I purchased a house sign through Groupon and Fabness. This product was such rubbish that I cannot imagine it was worth more $10; but Fabness are charging $39.99 plus postage. This product is too much of an embarrassment to put up on my house and too small to be of much use anyway. What a con.

Fantastic colourful canvas – I am so impressed with the quality of my 3 canvases. The colours are amazing. I cannot wait to put them on my wall. Price is very reasonable.

Beautiful Prints, great quality and extremely well priced – My two prints of landscape scenes in Japan arrived today and I'm thrilled with them. They are even better than I hoped. The colours are wonderful and the quality of the prints is amazing, especially as they are so reasonably priced. I'll definitely be telling everyone about this company. I highly recommend them.
