Bought a Euro tag freezer $2000, it was delivered lying down inside the truck. The Freezer didn't come with an invoice, instruction booklet, and no warranty paperwork. asked for my money back, still no response. After some 10 days I wrote a letter of demand and delivered this by hand to them. Still no response. Then I contact consumer affairs, they tried, but no luck, they referred me to VCAT. A friend referred me to my bank, which I did a dispute purchase with, and got some action, however the bank is now working with EBAY to get my money back. This Company are scam artists. See their ad for this freezer.
Ordered in February and have not received our order. After a number of attempts to contact them, no response at all. Do not order from them.
We purchased a 75” TCL TV on 1st Feb. from this fraudulent company. We received no tracking number. We heard that this company is guilty of scamming, so the next day on the 2nd Feb., we sent an email cancelling our order. They didn’t respond to our emails or phone calls. before they could take up the case. Because our bank queried the purchase, these criminals sent a tracking number and said the parcel would be delivered in three days. Guess what we got? An empty parcel post envelope with the same tracking number they had given us three days before. They told our bank that they had delivered the TV, so the empty envelope was their cover so that they could claim the TV was delivered. The bank reimbursed our money and they will continue the dispute with these criminals. Now we have to pursue it with the CCC. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDULENT CIMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – we ordered an oven on 14th Nov 24 and we still have not received the oven after being told in Dec it would be sent express not we cant get a refund. they will not respond to phone calls or emails
BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS – Advertised a certain product is in stock. Went to the premises to buy one. they don't have any at all. We are fortunate that we hadn't purchased and had the problems that others have had. Wouldn't deal with this dishonest, unethical company. The product is still advertised on ebay and their website.
Torture – I wish I could take stars away from these guys.i was Sold a fridge with an ' as new waranty', fridge takes 2 weeks to arrive. Then breaks down in the first week, they refuse to fix or replace and now simply refuse to respond at all. Reported to accc and now it's in lawyers hands,. Terrible terrible service, STAY AWAY!!!!!

driver got into an accident and the fridge is now unavailable. Again this is only after us trying to contact them multiple times. Really disappointed as this has now meant we are without a fridge for a week until we can get a replacement elsewhere. This includes all the food that had to be thrown out since we didn’t have a new fridge to put our things in. Poor communication++

Selling products as new when they factory returns and severely damaged – The freezer arrived with reused and broken packaging foam , it was wrapped only in a plastic bag no protection around glass, no seals or plastic wrap it was sold as brand new , it looks like a factory return . risk, and globs of glue on other side, the panel of voltage was dented and kicked in , no plastic protection on freezer trays it appeared to be opened before and someone has pulled cling wrap off, i opened ebay case to return, they were going to send courier to wrong address despite them arguing the freezer is at my home, the man on phone was abusive he called me expletive names, on ebay they have many reviews, especially for the same offence of selling faulty and dodgy products, factory seconds fraudulently advertised as brand new, they are now arguing and abusing me about where i live, its not fair on ebay to have to refund 51 plus customers plus all the neautrals , they have rude and offensive staff members the man called me a psycho from phone number of factory direct. This has been my worst purchase all year , they were demanding i put it large freezer 70km away at friends house and pay transport there, i cant lift it out of shed, they demanded i buy cling film from bunnings 70km away to protect it but it didnt arrive with it, then they demanded a pallet, where am i supposed to get a pallet from in remote sa the 3 freezer seals were all wobbly and wonky and missing one seal will loose power and energy, i t was missing one seal above the broken power seal seller is arguing and abusive , created a label to wrong house to collect and yelled profanity down phone at me
Amazing service, quick turnaround + Aussie manufacturers – Luke has installed shutters on our whole house and he has been amazing. He has excellent customer service and is quick and clean. FSD have Australian manufacturers and the turnaround is always faster than expected!
Avoid dealing with this company – Sold me a TV which was DOA. As per consumer law, I asked for refund multiple times and refused every time. Refusing to answer emails or phone calls despite multiple attempts. Terrible, terrible company to deal with. I cannot stress enough to avoid dealing with them. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Worst company I've ever dealt with – I ordered a television. I was sent a cheaper model with inferior specifications. They attempted to convince me that the one they sent is a better model. Despite the sent model being cheaper on their own store. The one I ordered is a 2021 tv, the one they sent is a 2022 tv. Newer doesn't equal better though. Looking at the reviews here it seems to be a stunt they often pull.
The issue was resolved with them paying me back $200 and me keeping the incorrect tv. As I didn't want to go through the return process with a 75 inch TV and the tv they sent will do the job I want it to (although not as well)
It also took three weeks to eventually despatch, they of course kept trying to blame the currier. I had to open a case with the currier and eBay to prove that they hadn't sent the item. One week of which was due to the fact I had forgotten to add a reference to my bank transfer for the transportation fee. But resolving this error was far more painful than it ought to have been, I've forgotten to add a reference in payments in my life and it has been easily resolved. Not so with this mob.
In general their communication is very poor. They rarely answer the phone number provided, and are slow to respond, and their responses usually only address part of the query.
They really need to work on their communication and be honest in resolving mistakes. For their own sake. A good reputation is more valuable than saving a few bucks here and there in avoiding correcting mistakes I've added screen caps of my conversation regarding the dispute over which model is better. I rated the product quality as terrible based on the reasoning that they sent the wrong thing. Even though the tv is still decent.
Don't buy from Factory Direct Au – I bought EO608SX oven from factory direct through ebay. They sent me EBO605M. raise a return label but did not request pick up. So now I decided to chase up the courier and return it to the seller. Lucky I purchased through ebay. So I am protected from people like this. This is causing me so much inconvenience. I am left with out an oven of my choice. I hope this issue is resolved quickly so i can move on. It's hilarious dealing with these people, they love to make up stories or make promises but don't follow up. But please be warned don't buy from Factory Direct Au online.
Really not happy – I purchased a dishwasher from these clowns they sent me not only a different brand but one that doesn't fit when I tried to return it they made up lie after lie about why no one turned up to retrieve it.

S-Video Cable – Ordered a s-video cable ..... despite numerous emails ( that many I've lost count ) am yet to receive item, continuously ignored all attempts to contact ....... have since received item, company really needs to work on their communication

or courier to rural areas, so don’t even consider them if you live outside Sydney. Their phone staff agree to rectify an issue, but 30mins after phone call send an email advising they won’t do what they’ve offered. Poor product & poor service. Purchase elsewhere! Save yourself the stress that comes with dealing with them.
SCAMMER... DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM!!!! – They will take your money and sell you defective item. Customer service is non existence. Doesnot answer to you calls or reply to your message.AVOID... these scammer at all cost. I have reported them to ACCC. Hopefully the will take some legal action.
LG Fridge never dispensed water or ice – Hi Bora as you know you supplied to me a fridge 30/07/22 invoice number 004, where the door never dispensed water or ice and inside the unit it was leaking air. You have 48 hours to collect your fridge and to transfer this money or I will be contacting the police, ACCC, lawyer, whatever it takes to resolve this issue. I will not stop until this matter is fully resolved. If you have any business ethics you will be an honourable business owner and refund me straight away.

Worst service ever – This company falsely advertises their products and over sells on price. We bought what was supposed to be a 54cm oven, and not only was the item damaged beyond repair, it was a 50cm oven. Overcharged us by more than $150 and now refuses to refund after return. I have provided a screen shot of how they falsely advertise their product.
Dodgy company!!!! – They sell damaged goods with no warranty!!! Avoid this company, don't waste your money! Very rude when talking over the phone.
God experience all round – Samsung refrigerator. The prices are incredibly cheap for what you get. I suggest you sight on site so you see what you are getting. One internal component was cracked. I made contact an the owner happily exchange the component.

through another one, did not receive it. Rang and messaged again to be told that the return had now been closed and there is nothing I can do about it. That I can't open another return. Now I know why they took there time about this - I took the TV to a repairer who looked at it and then told me apart from the original problem I took the tv to them for it also requires a whole new panel assembly due to faulty led backlights and that the cost of the panel would exceed the value of the TV. I would not recommend them to anyone so much for warranty does not exist with them.
Got a reply back saying "We have checked your details and can't seem to find your purchase history or on ebay or online store. You may be writing a review for the wrong company, please check your details. We take our business seriously and to not deny customers warranty. Please double check your have purchased from us and contact us via email.
I wrote back with all the purchase detail etc. A week has gone by now and no reply or communication from them have send another email still no reply.
I do not recommend them at all...
Avoid this company with the longest pole possible – Sent an inferior product NOT as described or photographed. Then promised several times to replace with a better product and then emailed a prepaid postage return details but did nothing to replace the item. Abused me on the phone and hung up in my ear.
