First and last time I will EVER order from these grubs, created a label since 25/6, might you I ordered 18/6 still haven’t gotten my product. The nonsense excuses they gave me, hope the choke on my money

Seller did not post item or respond – Don't buy from them. I ordered an item, it was marked as seller creating shipping label in Aus Post, then it was never shipped. Seller dis not respond to email. Had to create PayPal dispute to recover the funds.

Do not buy anything – Ordered a cream and have been waiting over a month, they decline to reply to numerous emails, don’t believe they have any products they just take your money, they gave me a shipping postal code that does not exist with australia post DO NOT ORDER EVER !!!

Add me to the list of goods not received – Never received my item. I get nonsense about Australia Post being at fault. Fact is the powders I’ve ordered appear to be out of stock everywhere else now I look to order elsewhere so clearly this company never had stock of my order yet took my money anyway. This is my theory. Fact remains I never got my order of protein powder and consider they are fobbing me off with excuses.

Terrible terrible service – Appalling service. Ordered a product from this company through My Deal over 4 weeks ago and still not received my product. They have given me two false shipping dates and finally after my third complaint they admit they do not have the actual product I ordered in stock. I still have not received a refund for my product. Do not buy!

Do not buy from them!!! – The first time it took 2 and a half weeks to get my express post parcel. Now I’ve been waiting 4 weeks! Still no reply and have tried all things. Absolutely appalled by the service. Do not buy anything from them!

Don't buy here, pathetic service – Bought supplements via Kogan on the premise that I would receive a prompt delivery. Once I paid, no information. They gave a false "Shipped" date and then did not actually ship until I raised a complaint with Kogan and PayPal. Products arrived after I had left on my holiday, wasted $80.

Good range – Great supplement store with a huge range of products and knowledgeable staff plus heaps of high stim pre workouts to sample. Happy to recommend this little gem in Burnie town!

Scammers – Do not buy from this seller. Obviously don’t have products in stock. Never received tracking number. Would not answer emails. courier to pick up the item on an agreed upon date. I took the day off work and remained at home for the courier to arrive. The courier did not arrive. 4. I submitted another support request because the courier did not arrive. I asked for a full refund for wasting my time and not making refunds possibly. 5. They provided me with an Auspost reply paid printing label instead. When I took it to the post office, they were unable to use the label because it was for a small satchel (which the product would not fit into). 6. This has been an infuriating waste of time. They have sold a product they DO NOT EVEN STOCK and then made it very difficult to even return. This is fraudulent.

they went quiet. Had to escalate the matter and received email saying they would send out return label for courier which they did. It took weeks after the courier to get the refund. Steer clear.

Filthy packaging-unhygenic – The initial order was a stuff up , incorrect delivery details and eventually short delivered. No actual phone contact points and when the balance of order arrived today it was in a oi stained or similar filthy condition. The actual ox squashed and foils inside bent. One would expect some adherence to cleanliness in a time of Covid. I will never order through this shoddy company again. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.

Worst customer service!!!!!!!!! – Didn't contact me for over 1 months after my purchase to confirm the eta for my order. After multiple times trying to call and email I finally got a response email saying they dont have the product I paid for, which stated online IN STOCK To top it off they sent the wrong product after 2 months of waiting

Bad Communication & Delivery – Honestly, I would not recommend ordering from them since they can't communicate with customers especially when it has taken 12 days to ship an item or even send through an update. This is the 3rd time I had to chase them for shipping details 10+ days after I put through my order. Not once did they attempt to contact me with an update. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Fast delivery good product – Ordered Aztec healing clay on Thursday and arrived Tuesday. Customer service not required shipping pretty quick, good quality product at the best price I could find and I use this religiously so have been searching for a while. No dramas and happy with order 5 stars!

" and within 5 minutes (at 630 at night mind you) they have removed the comments and blocked me from being able to comment on their posts. They have gone out of their way to avoid sending my product or issuing a refund without any reason. Unfortunately I didn't read reviews prior to ordering as I had ordered once before without issue. Do Not Purchase anything from this scammer! – Never Posted My Purchase, no tracking provided, made it look like item was posted, took the money & kept it for over a month, since I payed with PayPal I had to open case to get my money back, but that takes at least another 2 weeks.
