fabric flaps at the back of the 2 recliner chairs and at the back of each seat on the 3 seater sofa that need a very firm but still careful pull on each flap to stretch it down so it attaches to the Velcro strips underneath the frame - these are very tight but the Velcro is really strong and is gripping each flap firmly.

Great value for money – The staff in the store were very helpful in helping me decide which sofas to purchase. Colour samples were provided for me to take home and match to my room. The only thing I have to complain about is that when there was a delay with my order being ready, they didn't ring me to let me know. Big chair – We had looked at the online store and knew exactly what we wanted to purchase however chose to go instore so we could feel the fabric samples and see the colours in person. weeks which it was however it didn’t fit through the front door (our fault, we should have measured). The drivers gave us some helpful advice and we were able to get it inside after removing the door from the hinges. The chair didn’t require any assembly and is exactly as we had envisioned it.

bedroom suite. It's beautiful but the timber is somewhat thin in spots and does sound a bit 'hollow' in certain spots. However, I am very pleased with the product all over. There was a problem with a drawer on the tallboy. I took a video of it and again Alex helped to sort this out pronto. The tallboy was replaced within a week. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and products received at that price point. I have recently made a purchase at P.... and their after sales customer service was non-existent. The shockingly low quality of P.... does not meet their high pricing and they don't accept any complaints or offer resolutions in store, refuse responsibility and send you off on a futile goose chase. So kudos to FF who value their customers and do everything to sort out an issue.
