Great service and pick up turn around
After online price check, the local store had exactly what we needed, cheaper and same quality, efficient fast service and pickup access great. Staff accomodating and polite and gave clear instructions, definitely shop again here
Love my coffee table.
Easy store navigation. I was disappointed that the product I wanted and had seen online is no longer available. I bought a coffee table which I am completely happy with, I assembled it and found the instructions to be very clear and easy to follow.
Terrible customer service !
I don't really wanna write bad comments about Fantastic furniture until today as the customer service really annoyed me. I ordered some furniture in Aug 2019 and 4 items were not delivered on that day (31st August ) so they said they refund my delivery fees back for item undelivered on time. The next day when we open the mattress and we found it was faulty so we asked for 20% off and the staff approved with my pictures and email with description before they issued the refund invoice to me. I was patience enough to call 3 times and email once in the past three weeks to chase my refund in the nice way and explained to them that I still have not received any refund for both delivery fees and 20% discount. However, their answers are always like we can see the system already refunded back to you, but when i asked for receipt ,they cannot provide but just said they will call me back ( no one actually called me back or replied my email).
Today, I tried to call them again asked when both will be refunded and the staff was very impatient and argued with me that they never offered 20% discount to me until I provided the tax invoice which they sent to me. After she checked with her internal team, she said oh because I didn't tell her colleague the refund was for mattress when i called them to check my refund. I did everything they asked me to do and gave them the trans. number and explain the case every time I called them, what else you expect me to do with that ? I m very unhappy about the whole thing even though its finally been processed at the end of today. Its very rude to argue with your customer without investigating the whole story and never listen carefully and its not the CUSTOMER'S FAULT if their documents is misplaced or there is miscommunication among your team . Its also very inefficient for refund process which delays for half a month without giving me a reason. What I know is people will definitely walk away if this is way how you treat your customers!!
Excellent range, price and delivery options
The quality and ease of the building was excellent. Very wide range of colours and styles. Using the search bar tool made it easy to look up specific items I was after.

We attended the North Lakes store to purchase a fold out couch and the staff where knowledgeable and very friendly but unfortunately they didn't have stock so we attended Morayfield and had similar experience with staff. A nice experience

Bought with click and collect option item was ready within 10 minutes of check out, and also received a phone call from the store to say it was ready, great customer service

Bought a daybed online, which was promptly delivered and had simple assembly instruction.
Then we needed a mattress and selected the one 'in a box'. The lady who served us carried it to our vehicle.
It was easy to 'unfold' and will be more than adequate when our grandkids visit.

Very affordable, happy with purchase and ease of instructions :) part given was originally incorrect and didn’t realise until putting it together, however when we noticed and took it back was very easy to deal with and change over with correct part. Thankyou :)
Spoke to the lovely lady on the phone, then met her in store and the whole sofa bed purchase went really well. Stock was available immediately and pick up was a breeze at the warehouse. Got it home and installed it with ease. The kids love it & so does the puppy!

GPS took us to the store. Quality likeable product and was easy to assemble 'cos of instructions. Had visitors that night and advised them that this product was bought today, They liked it and will pay a visit to your store.
Fantastic service and quality like the name
It was great very easy to get around . The photos were true to style. Great details on each piece. Very helpful staff ,very polite workers, very respectful delivery guys. Nothing was to much trouble
The store is easily accessible and in store movements are easy. The product range is good. We were well received by their staff. The delivery is due for coming Saturday, so I am looking forward for the ease of assembling the furniture.
Fantastic - not just cheapie furniture
We have been looking for a small chaise lounge to fit in a fairly small area. Fantastic have a great range to choose from, and they are not just cheap flimsy pieces (as I had mistakenly believed).
The option to select from a wide range of fabrics was the main selling point for us, don't have to settle for boring greys, beiges or black (which hideously seems to be the trend at the moment).
Staff were very helpful and not too pushy.

Order furniture online, got next day delivery and polite, quick and efficient service from store and delivery drivers. Will definitely purchase from Fantastic again. Great value and good quality furniture.
Chris at warrawong was great, very patient with our decision changing and working out our finances. She acknowledged our two boys who were bored. She is a credit to Fantastic!
As a regular customer I was very disappointed with that store no customer skills what so ever very rude even with loading the goods no help what so ever they should sack that manager his not worth to be in that position
Cant complain about the service as there wasn't any
4 staff behind centre counter all doing nothing important. All seamed glued to it. Actually 3 where discussing whatever with 1 customer. Waved with chair in hand wanting assistance. Omg I must be invisible. Walked over to centre counter and enquired . No other colour whilst still hugging the counter. Walked past the centre counter at least twice after that to the bedroom and dinning room suite that I had gone in to purchase. Looked back at centre counter before walking out . Still glued.
staff are bored
walked in and all the staff were sitting of the furniture on their phones. It was a mad scramble to get off what they were sitting on and their phones. Then it took about 15 mins before anyone came up and asked if i need help. did not know much about the product and if it was available. Then just stood there watching you while i was looking at the product. that was very uncomfortable. when i asked a question about the product the staff member had to walk away to find out about it
Nice easy and fast response
I like shopping online and delivery cause I dont have a licence it was easy to navigate and the workers are nice and fast at organising shipping very fast unlike other company's
