Desk and bed broke after moving in place after construction
Online StoreWithin a couple of days the bed backboard broke from moving it to a new position and the slats have all split and some of the plastic clips to clip the slats onto the frame have broke. The beds backboard has split and broke and now requires a whole new part. So I called up the store asking for new parts and told them what had happened, and they told me "such you had moved it we aren't going to send me any new pieces under warranty". most of the comfort slats have broken.

... Read moreving it on hard wood floors) from it's inferior quality and has split many of the panels where there is dowls thus cracking the cheap particle board. So I emailed back the store to say my corner desk broke and if I can claim it under there 3 year warranty and again they denied it because of user error. So you'd think if the furniture you paid a couple of hundred dollars for broke within 3 months of the warranty period (3 years) you would be covered for this "quality" furniture. Apparently not. This store does not honor their warranty for their products even if they brake from moving because of the terrible quality. Even though on their website they claim "our products are built to last"... From the day I purchased my corner desk, it gradually kept breaking from the joints. It gradually got worse to the point where the whole desk just broke and is now useless. Being as I moved it slightly into the corner of the room when I finished building it, with the feet on the bottom of the desk on the hardwood floor and the whole thing just broke, which is a shame as I paid $215 which you’d think a piece of furniture that expensive would hold up, even when the user has finished building it and it just breaks from moving it in place, and the store won’t cover it under warranty? It clearly states on your website that fanatics furniture is “built to last” I now either require a new desk, as I don’t believe that’s this corner desk is of acceptable quality as it states in your website or a refund.- +1
I’ve already been in contact with the store. And frankly I was treated poorly in which I was expecting the product to be of decent quality and not break from moving it.
After assembling it I moving it a few centimetres in place, that’s when the entire backboard broke, and those mattress supports have broken as well.

Disappointing.
VIC, MaribyrnongI purchased a recliner on 25.11.23 in-store. The following day, 26.11, I tried to arrange a delivery for the same day but they told me they could not do it so they instead scheduled it for Saturday 2.12. On Friday, I called the store to get to know the time window of the delivery and they responded it was going to be between 2:15 - 5:15pm. So far so good. Nice looking side tables but......
NSW, Port MacquarieWe bought 4 very nice looking bedside tables for two bedrooms. Had them for two months but found one was ruined by condensation from a cold cup of water overnight when my daughter stayed over. The moisture got through the thin, fake wood edge banding and the chipboard expanded into a fat, uneven ridge. We will just have to chuck the thing out and lose our money now. So my warning is that they are made with very cheap material and are very vulnerable to minor accidents.

When the delivery came that wasn’t so. Only the lounges were to be unpacked. Over promised and under delivered.
