two business days, I still had heard nothing, so I had to contact customer support AGAIN, who again could give me no information other than to waste my time calling around stores to find out more, or wait another 2 business days for some sort of answer. When I requested to get a more concrete answer, and details of who would be calling and when, the person on chat switched to pre-fill responses that didn't address the issue at all, and then switched back to the AI bot. Worst service I have ever seen, and I still have no clue on where my order is or what is happening to it.

Ordering was great. The delivery guys were great. What was not great was that instead of 10 weeks, it took 17 weeks and no communication from the store to say delivery was delayed unless I went in and asked (more than once). Show details ·  1

I was served by the lovely Lisa, who is always friendly and has great customer service., I was able to shop at my own leisure, and wasnt hounded by staff, I shopped online first then went in store to view products before purchase, so glad I did as i found something else that was perfect, and in my budget! Show details ·  1

none of which were honoured. I also took two days off work, resulting in lost wages and wasted time waiting for deliveries that never arrived.

Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I received little information and no proper explanation for the delays. After requesting a refund, my emails went unanswered, and I had to phone the company myself on 21 October just to get an update.

After weeks of inconvenience, all I received was an apology. No compensation was offered for my lost time or wages.

A refund has now been documented, but this does not excuse the poor communication, repeated broken delivery promises and lack of accountability.

Customers should not have to continuously chase a company for products they have already paid for.

An extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I will not be purchasing from Fantastic Furniture again and would not recommend their online delivery service.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - Ordered over $1000 worth of furniture for the new home and was told they go through a third party . I had to chase the third party down taking me 2 hours on the phone. I am in Cairns and the team in Cairns were useless and didn't even bother offering to chase up where my order was !! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I hate this I’m never buying from them again right before closing we’ve went to get the mattress and then when we went to go collect it they were opening we stand there for six minutes ringing the bell but they weren’t opening it at least told them that we’re coming

Don't trust Fantastic Furniture. Firstly the product is crap! Secondly the instructions suck! Thirdly the express shipping is a scam. I paid for a bookcase with express shipping (ready to ship within 5 to 7 days) and was.still waiting weeks later. I emailed and called several times and it took days to get someone to respond. Fantastic Furniture use the worst delivery service in Australia and don't care about your order once you've paid. I ordered an entertainment unit online and paid them in full. now have half an entertainment unit sitting in my lounge room, stating that sometimes if items could not fit in the delivery van they would be delivered separately. The boxes are not large and surely you would fit 2 boxes from the same order in a large van, or get a larger van. My belief is that the courier simply forgot that there were two boxes in the van for the same address.

Anyway, Fantastic Furniture have told me that the second box "may" be delivered next week, probably Tuesday or Wednesday. Am not impressed, will not be buying from these guys again. Also this is not the first time I have had a problem with Couriers Please, they are the most useless company out there, I don't think I have ever had a correct delivery or a delivery without problems from them ever.....why do companies still use this company?
