The products are very good, but out of 5 orders, only 1 arrived well. On one occasion, they only delivered half of my meat order. On 3 occasions, they left it at the wrong address; I had to go to every building on my street looking for the boxes.… Read more

The last time, my partner had to go looking for them when he got home from the office, in the middle of summer, with the meat out of the refrigerator all day. They compensated us each time, but it's not worth it; it's a lot of work. Very bad service, a real shame.

varied and I have frozen so many leftover portions of each meal that we can eat for another 2 weeks without cooking anything new . I have suspended my next weekly box so that I can empty my freezer of all those meals.

After a miss hap with a box last week, I contacted farmers pick an i was promptly refunded which was great, today the box i was refunded got delivered with my meat order which I was not expecting as I was refunded an bonus sampler of cheese, thanks guys I truly appreciate it an you have helped me more then you know. Show reply

We were really happy with our first vegie box, and will add fruit to the next order. Mikko was pro-active in resolving a missing item, even before we'd noticed. I love the premise of what Farmers Pick doing in terms of supporting producers and reducing food waste. Execution seems great so far as well, nice one. Show reply

I was still going through my 2 person box which was very generous so for the next one downsized. Again a wonderful selection of fruit and vegetables. I’m a convert. Love my farmers pick !! Show reply

These guys started great but rapidly lost their standing . Last lot of veggies & many prior became smaller in volume each time , rotten potato in one box not pleasant and hard to understand how it could have got in there. Veggies of poor quality and random things you couldn’t use . Had a lettuce smaller than my hand which wouldn’t even be a salad… Read more

for two people , threw out a full bag of Brussel sprouts that were so tough you couldn’t cut through stems easily ! Price increased without my consent after a month or so of subscription making it expensive . If the quality was there would have persevered but become well below supermarket standards … wow ! No contact no Phone number so Emailed and had no response this time , a refund would be least of fixing the issue . This was my second subscription stopped previously as orders for meat when weighed were under weight by 100gms or more . Very disappointed and would not recommend anymore .

I ordered a $190 worth of goods on Thursday meat veggies fruit meat. Then on Friday I get a confirmation for $142 dollars less the fruit and pantry items and they charged me over $13 dollars for the delivery. subscription) when the first box was already ordered. they refunded the 142 took 3 days to get my money back. Then I said the invoice was missing dog treats fruit pack etc and I had been charged freight after placing a large order. they refunded the fruit pack and not the delivery. My order arrives didn't even knock no meat or milk I purchased around one hundred dollars of refrigerated goods that were not delivered. You can't call them they emailed saying they would look into it. If I get a refund then I am going to have to wait to get the money back and try and go shopping. First and last order do not deal with them. My fruit was squashed and split. I though I was giving Aussie farmers a help out. It is too expensive and too many headaches to deal with them I would have given them less stars if I could. No invoice issued.

Whilst I'm keen to support farmers and turn away from companies like Coles and Woolworths, what turned me off of this service was the subscriptions. Why cant I be in control of when and what I order in my own time during a cost of living crisis? People live busy schedules and are watching their budgets more than ever which companies like this… Read more

don't seem to consider, whilst their produce might be cheaper their focus is still on revenue, same as Coles and Woolworths. If you're not on top of managing your subscriptions you'll find you'll be spending more money, unnecessarily.

Had high hopes and used this service as a means of accessing fresh produce and was really disappointed. The lack of communication, payment for items that were never received and delivery drivers that just simply didn't seem to care about customers receiving orders intact and complete was enough to look around at alternatives

I used to be a big fan of Farmers Pick, but I have had cause to complain about the quality of various items included in my box for each of my last 4 deliveries (eg butternut pumpkin rotten all down one side, moldy tomatoes, inedible rotting peaches. rather have good quality in the first place. I am also finding that the varieties included have narrowed and the nice surprises of unusual vegies or fruit are fewer and further between. I have just received an email increasing the price (fair enough given the petrol situation) but more annoyingly reducing the weight of the box by 10%. Shrinkflation does not provide good value for customers... and I am betting that we would still receive boxes heavy on cheaper foods -- carrots and yet more sweet potatoes.
