Absolute waste of my time – I have been on Felix for several years. And got nothing out of it, except filling out pages of quite confidential company details and wasting a lot of my time. And of course as time goes on you get emails saying, please check and update your details. I actually think this is a business data 'mining' site.

No replies and Follow came months after initial inquiry – Submitted my requirement to plant miner. I was followed up by the plant miner people in the first week and they said they had plenty of people interested in my job. However I got no replies and found a supplier the old fashion way. Got a call from plant miner staff a couple of months later and they only called me to offer more services. They provide a rubbish service with rubbish follow up.

Worst service – Customer service is the worst. I emailed 4 times no reply about my quotations. Never get a reply. As soon as I threaten them I'll call department of fare trading I get a call back. I learnt in this world every man for themselves. Just want to take your money and run.

what leads I was likely to get and whether I would be wise to spend the little money I had left. I managed to get 2 jobs in the first week and convert both. They're transparent system (not pay per lead) makes it easy to contact the client directly and assess there need. Unlike dropping $20+ on a lead to find out the job access is less than a meter and can't get the machine in. HiPages will get you more leads but the conversion rate is much lower and at the end of the day there business model is pitting one business against another to obtain the best outcome for the customer not the trades that pay their bills???
