For us who's had facial skin cancers or are prone to it, this Breton hat's brim is far too narrow for proper sun protection. My Breton hat does not give me enough sun protection at all- do not buy this hat if you're prone to facial skin cancers- get a much wider brim than this one. Pity this hat is not being made with a much wider brim!

Customer Service is excellent. I contacted them re a delay on sale item delivery and they sorted the issue immediately, friendly & helpful. Their clothing is good quality too. Highly recommended.

My first shop at your Moorabbin store was exceptional from the friendly welcome by Linda as I walked through the door and her professional customer service help with the selection of Pants, Jacket and Jumper. Bought the Billy stripe jumper and scarf....and loved the look. Jumper shrunk beyond comfortable wearing on the first wash. so disappointed at the waste...and now useless scarf! Even cheap brands manage to pre-shrink wool better than this! No response from the company is also very disappointing.

Best customer service – The manager Narelle at Mount Waverley store is an exceptional store Manager. Fantastic customer service. Nothing seems any trouble and this every time we have been on store. It is always a pleasure to ho in yhe store.

Outstanding service and products at Fella Hamilton in Orange! – The service at the Fella Hamilton store in Orange is always outstanding! The women who work there are friendly, helpful and very professional. The quality and range of the clothing is impressive and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with all of the purchases I have made at this outlet.

Unbelievable customer service – Two pairs of pants went missing via Australia Post. They wete within my grasp at the depot then ended up at Melbourne Airport!!! After tracking, I rang to express my disappointment. Rachel organised Delwyn to deliver the same pants to my door within an hour. Unbelievable customer service with no arrangement for me to return them to store when they eventually arrive.

Excellent service by Ana and the white top I purchased is just perfect – I was shopping in Noosa Junction and discovered your Store. I already have a Glendale check jacket and I was so pleased that there was a Hamilton store nearby. The clothes are very good quality and the service and attention given by Ana was excellent. Woman who worked there is a cheat – Woman who worked there helen was giving one of her friends a huge discount and of course I got nothing. I wonder if management knows about it. There was no sale on offer.

Change in Quality – I have been a long time Fella Hamilton customer as their clothing has always been very good quality . You could count on years of wear. Unfortunately, of the three items I bought recently , two were of very poor quality . I bought a similar pair of pants in Big W for 1/3 the price. So disappointing.

Perfect service – I was looking for a pair of pants in the Mount Alexander Road store , the salesperson Kerryn went out of her way to find something suitable for me , thank you very much for posting the item .

Service! – Went to buy a face mask, they order it in for the same day and where very helpful and friendly! Being a man I probably won’t be back often but would recommend highly!

Exceptionly poor customer service – After waiting 7 weeks for delivery in Melbourne of 2 masks, the advertised fits most sizes was far too small to be worn by an average woman without having ones ears pulled forward. . Most dissapointed as I specifically wanted to purchase an Australian made product.COMPLETE waste of money as I cannot get a refund.

Good Face Masks – Found that these face masks are comfortable and easy to use. Whilst they are slightly smaller than other masks they still do the job. Had purchased masks from another Aussie company which were uncomfortable and over priced, these masks offer good value for money.

Disappointed – After waiting many weeks for my masks they finally arrived. They are smaller than the standard disposable masks and at least 2 of 4 are unwearable. Australian made means quality ! I will not purchase anything from this company again.

Not as good as Target – My Fella Hamilton T in green was purchased to compliment a multi coloured jacket, also purchased from Fella Hamilton Balgowlah nsw store It has not kept its shape and compared with T's from Target for instance, the cost does not warrant the garment - very poor product. Balgowlah shop and neither appear interested in this poor product. I understood all Fella Hamilton's goods were "Australia made" - not a good add for our industry is it.
