My first shop at your Moorabbin store was exceptional from the friendly welcome by Linda as I walked through the door and her professional customer service help with the selection of Pants, Jacket and Jumper. Best customer service – The manager Narelle at Mount Waverley store is an exceptional store Manager. Fantastic customer service. Nothing seems any trouble and this every time we have been on store. It is always a pleasure to ho in yhe store.

The women who work there are friendly, helpful and very professional. The quality and range of the clothing is impressive and reasonably priced. Excellent service by Ana and the white top I purchased is just perfect – I was shopping in Noosa Junction and discovered your Store. I already have a Glendale check jacket and I was so pleased that there was a Hamilton store nearby. The clothes are very good quality and the service and attention given by Ana was excellent. Woman who worked there is a cheat – Woman who worked there helen was giving one of her friends a huge discount and of course I got nothing. I wonder if management knows about it. There was no sale on offer.

Change in Quality – I have been a long time Fella Hamilton customer as their clothing has always been very good quality . You could count on years of wear. Unfortunately, of the three items I bought recently , two were of very poor quality . I bought a similar pair of pants in Big W for 1/3 the price. So disappointing.

Perfect service – I was looking for a pair of pants in the Mount Alexander Road store , the salesperson Kerryn went out of her way to find something suitable for me , thank you very much for posting the item .

Service! – Went to buy a face mask, they order it in for the same day and where very helpful and friendly! Being a man I probably won’t be back often but would recommend highly!
