sticker referring to quality control with a broken 3rd draw facia. Took over a week to get replacement, and wallah! A few chips for good measure. Pretty average quality control if you ask me, more like a factory second at a premium price.

2 year old 2 door fienza cabinet with mirrored doors, mirror de silvering all edges both doors. Took 1 door back to point of purchase, told its due to moisture/ steam, I said ok it is a bathroom, shrug of shoulders & told only 1 year warranty to mirrors. Have to be replaced in couple more years once it gets worse, wont but Fienza again
De-silvering mirrors. Backlit mirror with three colour modes plus dimming. Great mirror that can be lit just about any way you like cold warm or cool. Built in heater too. We love the mirror. Fienza has agreed to a replacement for the backlit mirror as it is still writhing the 5 year warrantee. The other two had a shorter warrantee. Very happy I spoke up, great that they saw this and got in contact with me.

Our sink, mirror and tapware have completely elevated the spaces. The designs is minimal but refined, and the finish feels solid and built to last. Everything works seamlessly while still looking beautiful - which is exactly what we were after.
Even the smaller details have impressed us - like the sink protector. It’s such a simple addition but makes a big difference in keeping the sink looking clean and protected day to day. You can tell real thought has gone into how these products are actually used.

We just renovated our bathroom and used fienza gun metal taps, mixers and shower head, hand held shower and a rimless toilet - the plumber said he loves installing them and we love using them every day ! I just think they are fantastic! Also led mirror and heated towel rails
My experience with the Fienza help team was excellent. All our shower parts were under warranty so there were no issues getting them replaced, and quickly too. Obviously would have great if nothing broke - but hey that’s life!

if you say a vanity is 1200mm, just make the whole thing 1200mm, don't make 2 different measurements and just take an average. how is anyone supposed to know they have to tell the installer to check this stuff before they've glued it all down and you realise that the top is sticking out to one side and looks totally unbalanced?

Website said mixers that I liked weren't available until mid March so I said no that's too long. The store called them. They said the 6th of March so I said ok. Guess what. Not here. Fienza toilet is a pain in the backside. - when it flushes it often splashes toilet water on the seat even though the lid is down - sometimes the water even splashes onto the ground despite the lid being down - the water saving flush is a nightmare. waste our time with water saving toilets if they don't save water in practice. They just waste time. - every 3rd time someone does a number two in the toilet it gets blocked anyways because of the tiny waste pipe at the base of the bowl. Unless you eat very little food, this toilet is going to block very often. - the flush is not quiet - due to the way the flush works it's prone to leaving stains on the bowl. WE had 2 Fienza bathroom demister mirrors installed in our ensuite & main bathroom June 2022 & September 2022 & now they are starting to go black on the edges. Their webpage says you should buy mirrors especially for bathrooms we did, so obviously the product is faulty. I hope the company stands by their product & replaces these faulty mirrors.
DO NOT BUY FIENZA. Poor quality hand basins. In the Lifestyle village I live in they know a very large number of faulty basins were installed. DOZENS of faulty basins have been replaced and even some of these replaced ones are cracking again. But outside of warranty they will not take responsibility. Their false advertising states their products are quality and they deal with integrity. This is not true. STAY AWAY FROM FIENZA.

worst of all, the gold finish simply disappearing and in some cases in a matter of months!! When I queried staff about the quality of the products they just say, 'oh, you get one or two that lose their colour because they haven't been properly finished at the factory'. I've had more than one or two in the last 6 months in one household. Why are there any??!! My most recent defect (see picture) - this was replaced a few months ago and is now completely silver (no gold finish left at all). Of course, gold products are SIGNIFICANTLY MORE expensive than stainless steel but stainless steel is what I'm going to end up with in the not-too-distant future it seems!?!? These should be life-long investments or at the very least 10-15 years??
Whilst Fienza to date have attended and replaced these items, they have today informed me that the warranty (just over 12 months) is up so they won't be attending to swap over the universal plug that has completely changed colour from gold to silver and if I can't do the replacement myself, I need to get a plumber?! At the time of purchase a 7-year warranty was advertised which I now realise was false advertising. I have gold fittings in my home which are now over 30 years old and not one of them have lost their gold finish so what the hell is going on?
I would have been better off buying all this from Temu at a fraction of the cost. Their gold stuff has outlasted this costly Fienza stuff!! I have bought gold interior/exterior door handles and bathroom accessories from Temu (around the same time as this Fienza stuff) and they still look perfect.
I'm going to have to take this much further to protect consumers from being ripped off. I see I'm not the first one looking at the other reviews. :(

Excellent customer service – Excellent customer service ! Our toilet seat cracked with in 11 months from installation. Sent email regarding issue. I was contacted by lovely customer service representative Rachel Edwards. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Rachel sent new seat via courier, saving us the long journey to original place of purchase. Obviously a company that upholds it's commitment to good old fashioned service.

After a third time of this occurring and me being frustrated, the customer service officer stated that she had not heard of this before and refused to honour the warranty as the problem must be due to something else.
The regional manager, Raymond Prasard after this came to my premise and inspected the vanity and clearly saw the cracks and swollen drawers. He saw a drop of water on the front panel and stated that you need to keep the vanity dry at all time and he detected moisture in my bathroom with a measuring tool. I agreed with him that there may be moisture in the region give it is a bathroom but I feel that a product designed for a bathroom needs to handle a splash of water and moisture. He encouraged me to wipe down the vanity after usage which is not feasible.
He was pleasant and offered me a new different design vanity at my cost to install it. Unfortunately, I could not accept this as my trust in their products has eroded and of my concern the issue would quickly reoccur.
So, now we are left with a cracking vanity and swollen drawers. I just want to highlight my journey so other people do not make the same mistake as me. My experience with Fienza has been unpleasant, especially with the inference that the customer is causing the problem and denying to meet warranty as a result.

Tradelink connected with the Fienza Representative and was informed the mixer does not come with a washer as the product does not need one. Tradelink advised I should call Fienza as there is nothing further they can do. I called Fienza and was advised a message would be passed on for me to be contacted (this is now 4 hours after the initial call). My plumber had to use plumbers tape to make the mixer work and fix the issue. Whilst waiting for an answer I was out of pocket for the plumbers additional time. The attitude and lack of empathy when receiving feedback on a faulty product including the stress that comes with a product not working is concerning. Tradelink directs me to contact Fienza and they do nothing stating "it doesn't need a washer". Considering I spent $149.25 on a wall mixer I expected better customer service and I believed I was purchasing a high end product that would avoid issues like I have experienced. The product looks good but I should not have had this issue.
Literally Paying for Fienzas mistake – Vanity came with an incorrect drilled hole siz which was claimed to be a factory fault/mistake. organised a return, to swap taps however when that tap arrived it was clear this one wouldn’t fit either. But they have a no refunds policy. I had then heard back from my plumber days later, who had been speaking to a Fienza claims consultant and they had stated the hole was incorrect and needed to be drilled. I then had to organise a stone mason, to come out and drill to the correct size. The stone Mason said this was his 6th Fienza vanity of the same brand/type that week. Yet Fienza will not provide a good solution for all the stress, inconvenience and monetary lost for their stuff up.

degradation. I have occasionally spilled permanent hair dye on it and haven't seen it till a day later. Found by putting toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide in it, just leave for few hours then wipe off and all traces gone.
Fienza Chica Toilet suite a disappointment – This toilet may work in a small cramped bathroom but in a normal sized one it's far too small. The seat is narrow and when flushed, the water splashes out the front. the water jets don't cover the rear of the bowel so be prepared for some scrubbing

Worst Product - All looks no substance – We purchased a Fienza Vanity from Beaumont Tiles which was installed early 2021 two years later there is water damage which apparently is caused by "steam when showing", not sure where we are supposed to locate the vanity if it can not be in the same room as a shower we were told that this happens with prolonged use I wouldn't call 2 years prolonged use, the vanity we replaced was almost 20 years without that damage.
BEWARE DONT BUY - FAULTY PRODUCTS – Everything we ordered from them was incorrect or faulty. They don't care about out their customers. It cost us double in trade cost reinstalling their faulty products. They said they think we are unreasonable wanting to recover our addittional costs due to their faulty products.
