Do These Toilets have a Warranty? If so where do I Go? To the Manufacturer or Place of Purchase? Toilet seat issue

The releasable toilet seat mechanism rolled and there was nothing I could do to get it back to position and it won't go back to the cistern because one of the two holes now face the inside of the tube. The whole thing doesn't look like it can be dissembled to start over again, especially when one side wouldn't go back in. I pulled both sides with all my might trying to see if it would come apart so I could isolate the tube part and reposition the mechanism but nothing would move, the plastic as as hard as stone. Is getting a new seat the only way to go? What a waste and literally a faulty and poor design? It shouldn't even be on the market in the first place because of such stupid, poor and faulty design that the mechanism can easily roll and you can't fix it yourself. I would be happy to hear if there is a way to repair it without causing damage to the plastic hole or the mechanism inside the tube or destroying the whole thing.

Why does this Toilet suite have such bad reviews

Because it is incredibly unhygienic and frustrating to use. It splashes when it flushes and will always need a second or third flush after doing a number 2. I suspect they tried to cover up its poor design with their special coating that doesn’t work because they had to try something for it’s poor flushing capabilities.

I purchased a Fienza Delta Rimless Back-to-Wall Suite back in Feb 2019 and now it leaking water into the bowl ,do i go back the place of purchase or to i call a the plumber who installed the toilet. maybe a warrenty issue.

Is it as bad as the review says

Yes it is that bad. I put in a new bathroom recently with light grey marble tiles and even with the lid closed the toilet has stained all the grout and tiles. I couldn't work out how it was happening but I think the water sprays out in a fine spray. I have to clean the tiles more than once a day. The toilet seat is badly stained as well and no cleaner will clean it. There is a stain like dark yellow gravel in the bottom that looks like we never flush or clean it. The soft close lasted for a few months only so that was a waste of time. The seat now has snapped at one of the hinges. I would never buy a Fienza product again.
